This condo was absolutely beautiful, a short walk from the beach, very clean, full of everything we needed for our stay, plus more! Jim and Lee are amazing hosts, answering all of my questions quickly and providing more than enough information so that we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. We had the best weekend at St. Simon's and I could not recommend this condo and Jim and Lee more. We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this condo. It's absolutely perfect......especially for 2 couples. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, it's well equipped, and in a walkable area. We walked to a different restaurant each of the 3 evenings we were there. The owner is quick to respond to any questions.

My friends and I could not have been happier with the accommodation. It was just the right size and decorated beautifully. The unit had everything you could need and excellent appointments. Easy walking distance to the Pier Village and surrounding areas. The hosts even had a helpful tip list and we used it for everywhere we ate and were not disappointed. This is a great property.

My daughter and I had a relaxing stay at Peacefull Tides for 3 nights. We were quite happy with the condo. It was fully stocked with amenities. The location was nice and quiet and was conveniently located near the Pier Village for shopping and dining. This was a very nice peaceful place. We enjoyed ourselves and the island was so nice and quaint! The property is within walking distance for everything. We were not in the condo much but it was very nice. The two private suites were perfect for us and our brother and his wife. The kitchen has everything that you would need for any meal preparation that you desire. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming and had everything that we needed for comfort. The hosts were great with communication before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to St Simons! We highly recommend this property.

My husband Brian and I had such a wonderful time in St. Simons Island. The best part of our vacation was the stay. The condo was extremely CLEAN, well equipped, charming, great location to downtown and the beach. We loved the open floor plan and sunroom in the morning with our coffee. This was a beautiful property within walking distance of the Village. It was nice and clean and very well appointed. Golf trip

Great location for our golf coaches to stay for our high school golf state tournament. Owners kept us informed and even able to check-in early once the cleaners were done. Great hosts!

My wife and I live north of Atlanta, we visited a few times and we fell in love with St. Simons Island. Our favorite location was Harbour Oaks - We purchased our condo in 2023 and we hope you and your family will be able to enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be as close to the village as possible. Harbour Oaks was our favorite complex because it was steps from the village, gated, peaceful and very private.

What makes this property unique

The previous owners had done an amazing job completely updating the condo. The kitchen has been opened up to the dining and living areas, it also provides new appliances and a granite bar for extra dining. It took us a while to settle on a name - but the word we heard from everyone who visited was "peaceful" - So we love the name "Peaceful Tides".
