Quiet house in the market town of Guimaëc, close to shops (Supermarket - Bakery), completely independent, surrounded by a landscaped garden of 800m².

On the ground floor, large living room (55m²) with fireplace, overlooking the garden, upstairs 2 bedrooms.

Located near (3km) various sandy beaches, rocks, surf spot ....., allowing all nautical activities as well as walks on the famous GR34, coastal path or through the countryside. Ideal location for visiting the northern Finistère coast, the Pink granite coast, the parish enclosures as well as the towns of Morlaix, Lannion, Roscoff and even Brest, 50 minutes' drive away.

Peacefull cottege in flowering garden

Big space, fully functional kitchen with all you need, many beds, nice bathroom. Feels much better than pictures shows! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Le gite est très joli, aménagé avec goût, spacieux, bien agencé, avec beaucoup de rangements. Le jardin est magnifique.Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont très bien accueilli.L'emplacement est idéal, avec beaucoup de plages et sites à moins de 30 minutes en voiture.Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Schönes großes Haus, mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr schönen großen Garten!Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr nett empfangen.Frank spricht sogar gut deutsch.Verschiedene Strände kann man gut mit dem Auto erreichen.Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß, drei Minuten.

Très belle semaine dans le Finistère Nord

Tanto Franck como su esposa, son unos anfitriones encantadores. Su casa era hermosa, completamente equipada, silenciosa,muy luminosa, fresca, las camas súper cómodas. Todo muy limpio. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Franck.

La maison est telle que décrite dans l'annonce et ressemble exactement aux photos. La maison était très propre et pratique. Franck et son épouse ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont donné de bons conseils et avaient prévus une petite attention à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien située, proche du centre de Guimaëc et à une dizaine de minutes des plages.

Très très bien

Propriétaires très accueillants et très aimables. Très spacieux a l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur, idéal, surtout quand on a des enfants. Propreté irréprochable et très bien bien équipé.. Pas loin des plages et d'autres activités a faire. Endroit que nous recommanderons sans hésiter.. Super séjour, Merci beaucoup.

Vacances au top dans une maison très agréable à vivre

Avec notre fille de 19 ans, nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison où tout est à disposition pour passer de superbes vacances. Maison très bien équipée, avec un beau jardin fleuri. Y prendre ses repas est très agréable. Maison proche de Locquirec où nous avons bien mangé. Nous avons facilement pu visiter le Finistère et les côtes d armor voisines. Magnifiques paysages. Nous reviendrons reviendrons volontiers dans cette région et dans cette maison. Propriétaires habitant à côté de la maison, très discrets et sympathiques. Semaine de vacances au top.

Location à la campagne

Location correspondant bien au descriptif, sauf pour la connexion internet très aléatoire. Location spacieuse, très propre, confortable, literie de qualité. Un grand plus avec les lits faits à l'arrivée ! Propriétaires habitant la maison voisine, à l'écoute et charmants.

Sehr ansprechende Unterkunft

Wir waren im Juli 2019 eine Woche in Guemaec. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Dank des sehr guten Wetters konnten wir die Terrasse nutzen. Leider funktionierte nur dort das Wlan. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist überschaubar, hat aber einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei und zum nächsten Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit. Uns allen hat es in Guemaec sehr gut gefallen!

Sehr schönes Häuschen und nette Vermieter!

Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem hübschen Häuschen mit tollem Garten sehr genossen! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie braucht! Es ist ruhig und sehr schön in dem kleinen Örtchen, mit Supermarkt und Bäcker hat man aber auch alles, was man benötigt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Maison calme et spacieuse

Très bon accueil de Franck et son épouse. Ils restent très disponibles et très prévenants. La maison est conforme à la description, vraiment très spacieuse et super bien équipée. Joli espace vert devant la maison. Très bon emplacement, quartier calme. Je recommande.
