New wooden house, 115 m2, classified 3 ears Gîtes De France, very bright on a plot of 1200m2 aménagé.A near the beach .3km from Landrellec, 4 km from Ile-Grande and its many white beaches, near Trégastel perros-Guirec and Trebeurden. Many GR trails allow you to explore enchanting landscapes.

You can also relax on the terrace of 40 m2 facing south and enjoy the tranquility of the site.
On the ground floor is an American kitchen, a dining room and a living room, all overlooking the terrace. A large room with a bed 160 and a bathroom with shower. A big room.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 160 beds and a bathroom with shower.
A place of relaxation that offers all the activities related to the sea (sailing school on the Ile Grande) and beautiful walks (customs trails and hiking trails organized.
