Garden and independent entrance. Covered and private terrace. Garden furniture, barbecue and bicycles at your disposal. On the ground floor, living room with kitchen, dining area and relaxation (sofa bed 2 places) .Bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs mezzanine sleeping area (1 bed 140 latex mattresses). Central gas heating. To air-condition. Sheets, towels and heating included in the price.
Walking or cycling along the banks where you can admire the sunset. Pontoon available for your boat..You can canoe on the Dordogne (if you have one).
