This was a nice condo but needed repair to the kitchen floor. Maintenance person never did show up to fix the problem with the dryer, which worked on and off. Dryer was needed with only enough towels for 3 people for 1 night. Kinda hard for a 7 nights stay. Nobody ever came by to fix the problem with the tv connection. Overall a pretty nice stay.
Property was clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished/decorated. Indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable and practical. Overall a great place to stay.
We enjoyed. It was conveniently located. Checkin/out both convenient. The space was nice. Didn’t give 5 stars only bc shower liner not clean, no current/updated chargers for electronic gadgets, and the toilet in the main bathroom was leaking when we arrived which required me shutting it off at the wall and inability to use main toilet. I had to call three times before it was addressed so couldn’t use the toilet until about 24hrs after stay….but they did finally get it addressed. The folks at the call center were very easy to get in touch with, which was a plus. It just took multiple follow-ups on my end which was frustrating. But the place was nice overall, and we enjoyed.
I’ll keep it short and sweet! We go to Gulf shores ever year.! This years condo was one of our all time favorites

The unit needs some serious deep cleaning! The top of refrigerator is filthy! Master shower faucet leaks! The unit is cluttered with stuff on the walls and tables! There was blankets in the closet that smelled terrible! No drawer space to put your clothes! View from balcony was awesome

Old and rundown. Definitely needs a makeover. View of the ocean was great.
The condo was nice, and the view was great. Overall it was a really nice vacation. Communication could have been a little better. We had a small conundrum with not receiving checkin info prior to arriving, and was not informed of a maintenance visit, which you could imagine was a surprise when we came back from an outing to find someone in the condo. We reached out to the host and they helped rectify the situation. Overall it was a wonderful vacation. I would recommend this listing and possibly book again in the future.
There was a terrible stench of mildew and urine as soon as you walk in. There was also tons of mold in the unit, especially in the bathrooms. I went to iron our clothing for family pictures and the ironing board was broken. The iron was extremely sticky. One of my children took a cushion off of the patio chairs and it was missing a slate and had exposed screws sticking up through the wood. The dryer was rusted out on the inside. Very dusty. No extra toilet paper. Cute decor but just overall not a great unit and would not recommend.
Located in a less busy area. Beach was not as crowded as others and was beautiful. While other sites were in high traffic areas, it was easy to leave and return. Really enjoyed that we could spend time on the beach and also at the outdoor and indoor pools. View was fantastic. Only negative was the size of the condo. We were pretty crowded with 5 adults and only one child but would certainly stay there again.

Really liked the location
The property is older and not kept up very well. Unit was not very clean- dirty dishes put away in cupboards, empty beer cans under sink in bathroom; there were items in disrepair- the broom was broken, the lint trap in the dryer does not fit and falls out, etc. PLEASE make sure the unit is clean and well-maintained. I would stay at this location again but not at this unit.
GREAT view of the ocean from the 10th floor! Private balconies were nice too. No frills, but all the necessities were available. Well, except basic spices, like salt and pepper, coffee, etc. But that may have been due to COVID. There were only 2 of us in the condo. I think staying there with a family of 4 could be cramped if your kids were much older than pre-school. It also caught us off guard that we had to pay for our beach chairs ($35/day) but there was a beach attendant there to manage it and watch your stuff.
Also, some feedback on the area: LONG waits for dinner (2 hours). Again, may be due to some restaurants shutting down from COVID.
All in all, a great experience!
Spent a week and it was perfect, the view is amazing and it's the last building before the state park so the beach wasn't over crowded. Would definitely go back again!
