Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This will allow for Dad to go play golf while mom and the children find other activities. Royal Palms has a pool outdoors and an indoor pool for those of you that get tired of the sun and the little ones that refuse to go in. Royal Palms is located directly on the beach. You are walking distance to The Hang Out, restaurants, the heart of Gulf Shores and the Gulf State Park Pier.

This unit has been recently updated with new appliances, all new cookware, utensils, glassware and newly painted. 1 King size bed with new mattress for comfort, hall bunkbeds and a memory foam sofa sleeper. The 8th floor unit is located on the beach with excellent beach views with a curved balcony which allows the best views all the way down west and east beach.

Can't live without the internet? We have you covered, just bring your laptop, because we have free wireless internet.

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the beach was not crowded. The owner was extremely nice and called to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again!

We discovered Royal Palms several years ago and it is our go to place now. It's not too big, not too small and immediately adjacent to the state park. This is the first time we've stayed in 802. It was very clean, stocked with everything to cook, etc. The owner, Rhonda, was wonderful. She called or texted several times to make sure we were settled in and that everything was good. We will definitely make return trips in the future.

Very nice condo for a couple, or small family. Royal Palms is our favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores. It's location next to the Gulf Shores State Park makes the beach as crowded or secluded as you like. Great view of the fishing pier. The room was comfortable, well appointed, and most of all super clean!! Our host reached out to us on two occasions, but we didn't have any issues.

Rhonda's condo is perfectly in the middle of town - easy, quick access to everything. Her unit is updated, cozy and very clean with a great view of the ocean from the balcony and living room.She called us the evening of check in to be sure we made it in and everything was was good. Impressive! I'll definitely stay at Rhonda's condo when I return.

We had an amazing time at Rhonda’s condo! The view from the balcony was beautiful. 2 days we even saw dolphins. The condo is in a great location and was very clean and updated. We used the sauna, steam room and indoor pool which all were well maintained. Perfect for a family vacation!

Great stay

The condo was very nice with a great view. We loved that the beach area was quiet compared to the other properties. We were able to walk down to the Pier and to Sea ‘n Suds waterfront restaurant. It’s a short and easy drive to the main drag but far enough away to feel private.Also close to Orange Beach.

Accurate listing, very clean, very nice updated condo! Joins the state park so plenty of beach to yourself. Very good/prompt communication with the owner when i had an issue with a lost email that had my check in codes. 10/10 would stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Loved the location of the condo next to Gulf State Park. The smaller condo complex along with the location ensured that the beach in front of the condo was not overcrowded. The condo was renovated and comfortable. We were in town for a softball tournament so I just wish we could have had more time in the condo and on the beach!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. It is in the absolute perfect location. The beach wasn’t too crowded in front of the building. The elevators are fast and the parking is great. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was so easy to contact and kept in touch with us the whole week. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We are a family of 5 and it was a perfect fit for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location for our getaway

My husband and I were staying in Gulf Shores for fishing and relaxing. This condo was the perfect location for everything we planned to do while staying in GS. The view from the balcony was incredible. Just about every day we saw dolphins from the balcony (bring your binoculars). The condo is a short walk down the beach to the pier and just a short drive from everything else to do in GS or OB. There was amply parking available. The elevators were quick. There were plenty of carts to use to move our bags and groceries back and forth. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and comfortable stay right on the beach!

My family had an amazing stay here! The condo was perfect for two parents and three children—ages 10, 3, and 1! We brought a playpen and it fit perfect in the bedroom with us. Everything is conveniently located to the condo and you have everything you need to cook your own meals to stay in too! The beach is literally downstairs. Families, this is for you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great location!

Rhonda’s condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and recently renovated so it looks brand new! We had everything we needed. You can’t beat this location. It is a smaller complex that joins the Gulf State Park property, which is why we love Royal Palms! It’s the closest walk to the beach that we have ever had! It is literally right on the beach!! We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot tub! It is a very short walk on the beach to the state park lodge. We enjoyed an awesome breakfast there with an incredible view! Rhonda was very easy to communicate with. We would love to visit again!

Peaceful and so nice

Rhonda was an amazing host! She was very quick to reply and helpful in every way possible. The condo was very clean with everything you needed there to use. The patio was on the end closest to the state park so very private with a wonderful ocean view. The only con I can think of was I wish there would have been a little bit of cleaning supplies (glass cleaner, counter spray, ect) to help for the week stay clean but I got some and left them so hopefully the next family can use them.

A Great Location for a Family Getaway

Our family is from the woods of North Idaho, so crowded areas are not our jam. The location of this small condo was exactly what we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. It's next to the Gulf State Park so the beach in front of the condo and next to us was very empty most of our week, even during Spring Break! The 8th floor balcony was beautiful and very private and the pelican fly-bys were one of our favorite parts. The only thing we wish we would have brough with us were binoculars! The pools were so fun! But even on a warm day the outside pool was too cold for my kids who are used to cold Idaho lakes! So expect to use the indoor pool most. If I had to choose something to critique, I would say the kitchen tools could use some sprucing up. We are every meal at the condo to save money and the knives were dangerously dull and all the utensils for cooking are the black plastic, which we try to avoid. I purchased a Brita water pitcher and that helped a lot with the taste of the tap water. I left it there for the next condo guests because it helped us so much. Rhonda was amazing and so easy to work with! I hope to bring my family back next year!
