Lovely Villa with great pool in quiet area

A lovely family villa in a delightfully quiet location, but close to restaurants and a short journey to local towns. The villa has everything that you would need for your stay in terms of facilities including wi-fi (although this was slow at times). It was also lovely to be able to walk down the local sandy beach (only 5 mins) which was excellent for snorkelling and swimming. The pool is excellent and a great size and depth for swimmers and there is ample room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine in the terrace area. A lovely shaded seating area and the bbq add to the ability to enjoy the outside and take advantage of the Spanish sunshine. A big thank you to Jose and Eve who are extremely helpful and accommodating and certainly provide a lovely personal touch to your stay, providing advice about the local area and ideas for your holiday. Many thanks.

Dès l’arrivée, la proximité avec la plage se confirme. Ensuite, la découverte d’une propriété au calme et fermée donne le sourire. Idéal pour les familles. Enfin l’accueil d’Eve et José lance des vacances idéales. Profitez de la grande piscine munie d’un trou de plongée. Bénéficiez de la gentillesse d’Eve et José: leur conseils en matière de visites, ballades ou recettes de cuisine. Des vacances entre piscine, plage à quelques pas, visites, ballades... dans une magnifique maison. J’oublie: à découvrir le «petit coin de paradis » créé par les propriétaires qui permet de passer des moments cocoon avec vue sur mer.

Tolles Ferienhaus nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt

Das wohnlich eingerichtete Haus wird von einer großzügigen Terrasse umgeben. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der schattige Pavillon, wo kühler Wind vom Meer für angenehme Abkühlung sorgte. Die Besitzer, José und Eve, empfangen und verabschieden die Gäste sehr herzlich und geben nützliche Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Wohlfühlurlaub in Meeresnähe mit großem Privatpool.

Beautiful location

We have just come back from a 10 day stay at this villa 😊 Brilliant location just outside of Calpe. Literally 5 minute walk to the beach. Villa was lovely & very comfortable! Jose & Eve were so welcoming & made sure we settled in ok & came back regularly to clean the swimming pool. We all had a great time & would highly recommend it 😊 Thank you Jose & Eve

Heerlijk en verzorgd vakantiehuis

Een fijn en zeer verzorgd huis. Heerlijk zwembad en er zijn verschillenden zitjes met veel schaduw plekken. En ideaal op loopafstand van een heerlijk strandje waar je leuke restaurantjes hebt. De eigenaren hebben ons zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Ze onderhouden zelf het zwembad maar respecteren je privacy. Mochten we ooit weer richting Benissa gaan dan zullen wij dit huis zeker nog een keer boeken! Jose en Eve we wish you good luck with everything you are are super host and hostess!

Super villa with excellent pool close to all amenities

We were a party of four adults and two children and have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this villa. It is an ideal size for six people, has all the facilities needed and overall we found the place extremely comfortable. The gardens are spacious with plenty of patio space for sun bathing, enjoying the cooler shade or just relaxing. There is also a marvellous gazebo which is great for sundowners. The crown jewel has too be the large pool. Beautifully maintained, it was ideal for both serious swimming or splashing about and having fun. At the deep end it is over two metres deep so is safe for diving. One note of caution is that whilst the immediate surrounding pool area was a non slip surface, the patio tiles could be slippy when wet. The villa is situated at the end of a quiet road and is not overlooked so feels very private. Yet it is close to a wonderful blue flag rated beach which the children thoroughly enjoyed. There are a number of restaurants nearby and a well stocked reasonably priced supermarket. To our mind though care hire is necessary to fully enjoy the benefits and surroundings of Fustera. Finally the owners, Jose and Eve, were very kind and thoughtful. They provided a guide to the area, gave advice on places of interest to visit, let us know about forthcoming local events and celebrations etc. They could not have done more to make our stay more pleasant.
