This ideally situated villa is perfect for family holidays especially for families with older children Who are seeking a bit of independence, two couples with young children or two family generations.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac this two storey villa comprises of two separated floors, the top one with two double bedrooms, kitchen and lounge with a dining area and includes an outdoor terrace with a view of the sea.
The lower floor has a huge bedroom that sleeps three, a shower room and a small lounge area. It opens on to the large Directly newly built swimming pool terrace and barbecue area.
It is surrounded by Its Own secure large mature gardens With plenty of parking space.
The owners are on hand As They live very locally and can arrange laundry if required.
The main Moraira beach is a short walk away With its selection of restaurants and bars. An smart restaurant is recommended Within easy walking distance up the road.

Villa was amazing had everything a family needs, kitchen well equipped all rooms with air con, both bathrooms nice and clean with good showers, pool is good size and very well maintained as is the grounds. Fantastic hosts who are on hand if you need anything. Property is a short walk to the beach and town centre (10 min). Overall we had an amazing holiday and will definitely stay at same villa again. Thank you Mayte and Tiziano for allowing us to stay.

Great Holiday

The villa was very good, everything you would need for a family was there. Mayte was very helpful, checking during our stay that we had everything we needed. The close proximity to the town and its beaches was a big plus for us. Overall one of the best villa holidays we have had.

Beautiful!

Everything here is perfect! The house is very well maintained! We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and the wonderful swimming pool. The house is situated in a very nice part of Moraira on walkingdistance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay here and like to come back!

Lovely villa in perfect location

The property was one of the best equipped holiday homes I've stayed in and if it wasn't there Maria was on hand to provide whatever might be missing (we didn't need anything). The owners live next door but are not at all intrusive. The villa was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable (I slept better than I do at home). The villa is about 15 mins walk from the town and beach where a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. All in all this was a great find and I would highly recommend booking it.

We know Moraira very well so booking this property was ideal as it is an easy walk into town and to the beach and marina. The property was very clean and we couldn’t fault it. The pool and surrounding area is relatively new and the gardens were lovely. The owners were on hand if you needed anything at all. Highly recommended.

Lovely Villa and Location

A spacious well equipped villa in an excellent location. Sea view and walkable to town. Lovely garden and pool to relax in. The owners live next door and are private but available if any assistance is needed. Any issues are sorted quickly. I would book again and would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a restful holiday.

Fantastic family holiday

From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. Along with the much welcomed early check in, due to an early morning flight. We were met by Mayte & Tiziano who gave us a tour of the villa and explained how everything worked, including the gas BBQ, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa is stunning and much better than the pictures show. The villa is also perfectly located to explore the beautiful Moraira, with it being a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return in the future.

Amazing & Relaxing Vacation

An amazing villa with fantastic views that was so peaceful and quiet but only a short walk from Moraira town centre, providing easy access to a number of bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beach. The villa has everything needed including a private pool, air conditioning, TVs, a kitchen with all required appliances, an outdoor grill and washing machine. The owner Mayte and her husband live next door but were not intrusive. They were very friendly and helpful, providing great support and advice when needed. Overall this was an amazing villa and we definitely plan to return.

Fantastic Villa

I thought the pictures looked good of the villa but when you get there it's so much better. Stunning landscape around the villa, the pool water is one of the clearest I've ever seen and the villa was faultless. Mayte & Tiziano were on hand with anything we needed and even offered our family their car to pop to the shops when it was raining. I could go on and on about how helpful they were. The walk into Moraira was nothing at all and the restaurants and shops were lovely. I would recommend this villa to everyone and will definitely be back.

Wonderful villa with amazing views

What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer any questions but certainly not intrusive. A great place to stay. We will certainly book again when we come back to Moraira.

Fantastic property & amazing owners

Stayed here July 2025. Property was very clean and well equipped. The house is in a lovely quiet area and is fully enclosed so always felt safe. Air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and the main lounge area which worked very well during a heatwave. The pool area is magnificent! Pool bigger than it looks in photos and plenty big enough for a family to enjoy. Lots of inflatables, balls etc in the garage to entertain the kids. You definitely don't need a car when staying here as it's only a 10-15 walk into the centre of Moraira which is an absolutely stunning town. Lots going on for families to enjoy, with magnificent views. Loads of bars and restaurants, mainly Spanish but a few British places for those with fussy eaters - 'Fishy Fishy' being our favourite. Nearest big supermarket (Pepe La Sal) is a 10 minute walk away. The owner, Mayte, was amazing. From booking to arrival everything was so smooth. Upon arrival she had filled the fridge with the essentials, a nice touch. She was always available for any questions (she lives next door) and even offered to take us to the airport when the pre-booked taxi failed to arrive! Lovely person! If this villa is available don't hesitate to book it, I doubt you'll find anything better.

Family holiday

This was the best villa we have ever stayed in, the views were just amazing. Very private, especially when you are playing in the pool with your family. The villa had every thing we needed. The host was amazing ❤️, she evan took me to the super market when we arrived to get a big shop as we did not hire a car. The villa is at the top of a very steep hill, unfortunately there was no taxis available in town any day of our holiday, which ment the 15 minute walk home from town with shopping was a bit of a nightmare. But that was the only down side of the whole trip. The pool was fantastic, we were init every single day, there was already floats and balls there to use. This was a fantastic holiday, we couldn't of wished for any thing betta.

Perfect get away

We were met by the owners who explained in great detail, the workings of everything in the villa, including instructions for the BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher, lighting and water. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Mayte took us shopping for necessities and showed us various places to go with clear and precise directions which was extremely helpful as we did not hire a car. The beach, old town, shops and restaurants are less than 15 minutes walk away. Coming back is a little longer as the route back is uphill, but perfectly situated for a lovely walk after a delightful meal. The villa, garden and pool were spotless and amazing, in fact the photographs do not do the property justice. We had a wonderful family holiday there and came away wishing we had booked for two weeks instead of one. Thank you to the owners who were there if we needed them and wonderful hosts. We hope to return. You will not be disappointed………

Amazing

Before arrival Mayte corresponded and provided information about the arrival and was very accomodating with our arrival time. When the gates opened to the property we were speechless by the properties beauty. The photos do not do it justice. It is very comfortable, well equiped and the views down to the sea are spectacular. The villa feels very private and is peaceful. Mayte was available for any advice on the local area or if any assistance was needed during our stay. It is a fairly easy walk down to town and the beach. We often walked down for dinner to one of the many excellent restaurants, although the cooking facilities at the villa are more than adequate and well equipped. I have stayed in various villas and self rentals and have to say this has been my favourite by a long way. Absolute perfection in a lovely area of Spain. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks Mayte and Tiziano for providing such a wondeful place to stay.

Wonderful villa!

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in . The villa is modern and very well equipped with everything you need. It is spotless and comfortable both inside and out. The pool area with its trees and plants is lovely, private and has plenty of loungers and parasols - we could always find a shady spot to relax in. The location of the villa is ideal,a 10 minute walk down to the beach , only slightly longer coming back as it's uphill.We had decided to not bring a car and this was not a problem - everything is within walking distance. Mayte and Tiziano are wondefull hosts - communication was excellent from first point of contact to the moment we left. There was a lovely selection of wine, beer and soft drinks provided and Mayte had also bought several large bottles of water for us so we didn't have to carry them back from the supermarket.They were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure that everything was good. We very much appreciated everything. We can't wait to book this villa again when we next come to Moraira.

Villa with fabulous garden with pool in a great location

The villa is in a great location in walking distance to Moraira beach, town, and castle. You can even walk to a couple of supermarkets. So no need for a car once at the villa, unless you want to explore further afield. The villa has a fabulous garden with mature palm trees, flower beds, rockery and flowers and has a good sized pool with lots of space for sun loungers and outdoor dining table & chairs as well as several parasols if you need some shade. We stayed with our two small dogs and we’re glad the garden was totally enclosed as we did not have to worry about their safety. The house has ample space for parking in the garden drive way and the car was safely tucked away behind an electric gate out of sight. The villa has first floor accommodation with a lovely little terrace with views across Moraira residential area / green area. It had a compact but fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you’d need as well as glasses, cups, plates, bowls, pans and pots! Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes a good sized bathroom and lounge and dining area. The ground floor has a separate entrance with a very large bedroom with a wardrobe and a small kitchenette area and a bathroom. Ideal when we had friends or family visiting us, given them their own private area in which to relax. The owners of the villa live next door and were very kind and helpful but never intrusive. We absolutely loved our nearly two month stay at the villa and have booked again for 2024 :-)

Perfect villa, perfect hosts!

We stayed here for two weeks, the first week with my wife's parents and most of the second with my wife's sister and friend. The first thing to say is that our hosts could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming - there if we needed them as they live next door but also unobtrusive. Our heartfelt thanks go to them for a wonderful stay. The villa itself was very well equipped - Everything you could possibly need seemed to be available. The bedrooms and lounge area all have air conditioning and mosquito nets over the windows. The kitchen had a very nice induction hob, separate built in oven and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine as well as a Gusto capsule coffee machine and all the cooking utensils you could possible need. The gas BBQ also came in useful and there is a small coal fired BBQ for smaller parties to use. The outside area was private and a perfect place to spend the day relaxing by or in the pool which was immaculately maintained. Plenty of parasols and sunbeds depending on whether you want to sunbathe or rest in the shade and inflatables for the kids. The villa is within walking distance of the centre of Moraira (about 10-15 minutes) which is perfect as parking in the town can be a bit of an issue at busy times. The only slight problem is that the villa is situated at the top of a slope which might be an issue for elderly or disabled visitors. In summary I would say that in my opinion this villa is perfect for a couple, family or group of up to 6 adults who want a relaxing break with easy access to the local town's restaurants and bars and we will definitely book this villa again if/when we return to this area.

Amazing, sad to leave

Had a really amazing stay! The property was immaculate and so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Mayte and Tiziano couldn’t have been better hosts. Mayte took me to the supermarket on arrival and a little tour to familiarise myself with the area. By far the best I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

Estancia perfecta

Lo primero a destacar es la disposición, amabilidad y arrollante simpatía de Mayte y de su esposo Tiziano. Ofrecen cercanía sin intromisión, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y además, especial recomendación a las deliciosos paellas y arroces que preparan por encargo. Apuesta segura, lujo total sin salir de casa! La casa está perfectamente equipada con absolutamente todo lo que se puede necesitar, tanto menaje como sillas de sobra (algo que es muy de agradecer) Cocina impecable con vitro de alta calidad, horno y todos los enseres necesarios. Sábanas, toallas y colchones impolutos. La limpieza es magnífica. La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila por lo que el descanso está garantizado. La piscina es perfecta para familias aunque no tiene zona por debajo de 1.20 metros pero sí una entrada de escaleras amplia y cómoda. Tumbonas y sombrillas para poderla disfrutar, muy bien proyectada la zona de descanso con un jardín precioso, lleno de sombra y de plantas maduras y muy bien cuidadas. Es una casa perfecta para familias, tanto por las comodidades como por ser un espacio increíblemente acogedor y práctico. La única "pega" es la distancia al pueblo y la playa, que, aunque ciertamente es poca y abarcalble (unos 10 minutos andando, 15 con niños), en los caminos exteriores de la urbanización no hay aceras ni iluminación, por lo que no es un trayecto que recomiende hacer cuando cae el sol, sobre todo con pequeños. Gran casa y mejores dueños, volveremos seguros
