Second level apartment of barn/garage on beautifully renovated antique farmhouse property less than a mile from the quaint New England town of Washington Depot. Less than two miles to Lake Waramaug and the town of New Preston. Separate from the main house, this apartment offers privacy in a woodsy setting, while still being on a main road. While this apartment has two bedrooms with two twin beds each, there is only one small bathroom. This rental is best for two people. There is only 1 parking space available.
