Heated pool / hot tub promotion was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great to have two spaces to watch TV....and projector screen was a hit for the movie watchers.

We had a great Holiday with all the family. House and the community amenities were great. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool and also play soccer at the soccer field. Overall a great experience and great house for a Family vacation

Had the best time!! House was big enough for all 13 of us! The pool and hot tub were amazing… The Public pool was also great! I can’t recommend this place enough, we are coming back next year! Awesome communication with Blue Sky villas! We had one minor issue with the fridge leaking and they came and fixed within 15 minutes! They responded so quickly to any questions that we had! Awesome customer service!

Excellent value

The house was pretty spectacular. The theater room is really nice, they have definitely gone above and beyond what most do with the garage space. The kitchen could use some better cookware, but that is common with these rentals. I would suggest they add plastic cups and plates for kids. Overall, an excellent value. The clubhouse pool and splash park were amazing, and the hot tub located at the house gets amazingly hot! We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

It was great that the property provided 2 pack and plays, 2 strollers, 2 boosters and a high chair. The kitchen was lacking in kid friendly dishes and utensils. Dishwasher safe plastic dishes would be a great addition. There were kitchen utensils that were broken or missing which made dinner preparations challenging. Overall we had a great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi, first of all I'd like to say we really enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely house, great location and great price. The 7 double bedrooms are all really spacious and there are enough bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen itself is great however there were some issues. Considering it's a house for 14 people, there were 2 wine glasses, 6 mugs, 7 plates I could go on but I guess you get my point. If you like to cook as we do, then the levels of pots, pans and crockery were so off the mark it was ridiculous. At times, the bedrooms were really hot, but there was no way to adjust the air con settings without risking being charged. And there are no drawers in most of the bedrooms. If non of this bothers you it's a great villa, if it does then maybe look elsewhere.

Beautiful, spacious vacation home (Pros and Cons)

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved having our own private patio/pool and jacuzzi area along with all of the resort amenities. We had everything that we needed. If I had to point out some drawbacks regarding the property it would be that there were no "extras". Typically, we've stay at rental homes that have some little extras like spices in the kitchen, or extra pillows and blankets and/or extra towels and washcloths. Just note that you will get a set amount of towels and washcloths and you will need to be sure to wash them if you have a longer stay. Also, in 2 of the restrooms there's a sign on the wall stating not to flush anything down the toilet including tissue and other sanitary items. It says that there's a weak septic and I thought that was very inconvenient and odd. Lastly, there are minor electrical issues in the master bedroom downstairs so you cannot watch the TV in that room unless you get an extension cord. We called the property management and they sent an maintenance person out, but he said that he would have to send someone else, but no one ever came back. Overall, you will have what you need at this home. We would recommend it.
