Perched in Guerneville’s redwood hills, the dog-friendly Tree Fort is a one-of-a-kind retreat for 4 with a private hot tub, outdoor TV, fire table, multiple forest-view decks, and separate bonus studio. Float the Russian River, hike Armstrong Redwoods, or explore Sonoma Wine Country, then come home for BBQ, outdoor movies, and a soak beneath the stars. Perfect for couples, friends, romantic getaways, dog lovers, and adventurous travelers.

Main Level — Full Bed
Convenient sleeping space on the main level.

Loft — Queen Bed
A cozy elevated sleeping area that adds to the Tree Fort experience. The loft is accessed by a ladder and may not be suitable for all guests.


Bonus Studio — Queen Platform Bed
A separate sleeping space with a Queen platform bed, Smart TV, and private exterior entrance—great for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy. Have to enter from Outside of home.


Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home.
The main bathroom has been newly remodeled, with bathrooms conveniently positioned across the home's levels.


Outdoor Living
This is where the Tree Fort really earns its name.
Multiple forest-view decks create outdoor spaces for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, BBQ dinners, and evenings beneath the redwood canopy.
Watch a movie on the outdoor TV, gather around the gas fire table, or slip into the private hot tub for a soak beneath the stars. An enclosed yard adds another useful outdoor space for guests traveling with dogs.

The Tree Fort is a unique 2.5-story home with several distinct levels and sleeping spaces.
The Queen loft bed is accessed by a ladder and may not be suitable for all guests.
The separate bonus studio has its own private exterior entrance.
While the home is elevated in Guerneville’s redwood hills, entry from the parking area is easy with no stairs.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
