Convenient sleeping space on the main living level.

Loft — Queen Bed
Cozy elevated sleeping area accessed by a ladder, adding to the treehouse experience. Ladder access may not be suitable for all guests.

Separate Bonus Studio — Queen Platform Bed
Private sleeping space with a Smart TV and its own exterior entrance. The studio cannot be accessed from inside the main home.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the property, including a newly remodeled main bathroom, with bathrooms located across the home's levels.

This is where The Tree Fort really shines! Start the morning with coffee on a forest-view deck, spend the afternoon exploring the Russian River or simply relax beneath the towering redwoods.

The Tree Fort is a 2.5-story home with several distinct levels. The Queen loft is accessed by a ladder, and the separate bonus studio has its own exterior entrance with no interior connection to the main home. There are no stairs from the parking area to the home's entry, but guests should be comfortable navigating the home's multilevel layout.

Not a single comfortable seating to be found

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house/scenery, amazing beds, but all the other chairs and couch were not comfy cozy and it was unpleasant to hang out on the indoors furniture, not acceptable for the price point! Also should be noted there’s lots of neighborhood noise.

What a unique property! When we arrived, it was very clean and it has everything you need for a short stay. The location is beautiful with all the tall pine trees surrounding the house. The deck off the back was awesome and what a great place to sit in the afternoon and drink wine! Hot tub was great - clean and worked great. We were a little confused about the "fenced yard" as we brought our dogs and they had nowhere to "pottie" so I had to take them on to the street which was OK except for at night - it was pitch black outside. Not a big deal and they loved hanging out on the back deck. Just so people who bring their dogs are aware of the lack of yard for a dog to roam around in. Lastly, we know you can't control this but the next door neighbor dogs are very noisy and bark at everything. That is my only complaint but you can't pick your neighbors....when I would try to walk my dogs by this house those dogs came unglued and scared my dogs.Overall, this is a very cool property and you feel like you are camping in a cabin in the woods. Great location to drive out to do wine tasting or explore the town.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible; we left a day early. The directions provided to us were wrong; the pass code to access the property was wrong; the property is up an obscure one lane road through the trees to a neighborhood with some seedy elements; there was no washer/dryer and only one bath towel per person was provided for the week; there was a voice-activated high-tech device that controlled many of the functions, but it was so "high-tech" it was useless.

Quick Getaway

We had an amazing time on our quick getaway. The house is so serene with layered decks and close enough the the Main Street of Guerneville to easily head out for the river or dinner. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful retreat!

Great home to disconnect if that’s your plan, or stay connected with great Wi-Fi and Google home setup. Amazing views from both decks. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Road up and down is narrow but that just adds to the adventure!

Absolutely perfect getaway for old college friends

We were a small group of best friends for over 20 years gathering to celebrate some upcoming nuptials and grieve some recent challenging events. The house was absolutely perfect setting for us to rest, reconnect, talk, laugh, cry and come home to after some delightful outings to the Russian River and a local winery. Comfy beds, beautiful views, really nice neighbors and well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend it, and would love to come back!

Beautiful, peaceful vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tree Fort. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lots of greenery. It is only an 8-10 minute drive to downtown Guerneville and beaches to float in the river. Tree Fort had everything we needed and provided a beautiful, peaceful respite, which is precisely what we were looking for. We had a couple of issues figuring out the Google hub, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal at all since we were out adventuring most of the trip. We hope to come back to Tree Fort again!

Really fun little out of the way house.

The house is really pretty and super fun. Its pretty far away from the main road so there’s almost no noise, but there are neighbors on both sides of the house. Even though they’re relatively close by there’s a bunch of trees and privacy walls that do a good job of maintaining that “I’m in the middle of nowhere” feel without actually being far from a lot! The host was great with communication and left us some goodies for our stay which was a nice touch. Super easy access for the river too! Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Tree fort

We loved it! Parking a little tight, But we have a big truck and had the bikes on the back of it. It’s very cute and extra clean! Hot tub was great! It’s a separate entrance to the 2nd bedroom, I did not realize that from the pics. It was very nice. (no measuring cups!)

A gem of a tree house

This place was delightful. A jewel box in the trees near Guerneville. We stayed here with our adult daughter to be near family at Xmas, the perfect size for two couples. Many houses like this are rustic, but this is light-filled with very modern infrastructure and new high-end appliances throughout. We did have a bit of a problem with the heating on arrival, but the property manager sent out a technician immediately to sort it out. This on a Saturday evening before Xmas eve! Outstanding service.

Lovely house - with very close neighbors

We had a nice enough time - but the pictures are VERY good at hiding the fact that you're snuggled in between two other houses, 15-30' away on either side. I was sitting out on the deck trying to enjoy the quiet and the dripping of the redwoods after a rain, but instead was treated to the neighbor's drinking and conversation and loud laughing at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. The house and property are well maintained, and my brother and I had a great time together - it's just not as private and quiet as I like when I get away.
