A quiet getaway on the bay near the Mission Bay Yacht Club, and only a short stroll across Mission Blvd to popular Mission Beach. You can check out the waves from the primary bedroom and then turn around to watch sailboats streaking across Sail Bay. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers the best of both worlds.

Your vacation can be a romantic getaway or a fun family adventure. The trendy, funky shops, cafes, and restaurants of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach are your neighborhood destinations. After watching the sun rise over the water from your recliner, step out onto Bayside Walk, curving around Mission Bay (one of the most scenic walking and biking trails in Southern California), or join the throng of bikers, boarders, and joggers on the Oceanside Boardwalk. You may decide to watch the waves from a beachside eatery or brave one of California's original wooden roller coasters at Belmont Park. Return to your balcony for a peaceful evening overlooking the bay.

Our second floor condo has been recently updated (2022) with new kitchen shaker cabinets and quartzite counters. It offers a well equipped kitchen and living room that open out onto a balcony and a stunning bayside view. Hang out on the couch and surf the net using broadband wireless internet access. The ocean breeze blowing through from the bedroom will help keep you and your laptop cool in the summer sun. Enjoy the TVs in both bedrooms and the living room which come with a complementary Netflix account. The bedrooms have new organic mattresses (2022). Don't forget the mild winters (with awesome sailing and surfing); you can enjoy all the attractions without the crowds or just bask in the quiet of our cozy beach side retreat.
