Host was very responsive, usually had answers in mins. Home was a great value for the location, 3 bedrooms and steps away from belmont park and the beach. Included was a parking garage which is rare. 1 large vehicle can fit, 2nd vehicle would have to be a very small car like a smart car. Upgraded master bathroom and nice living room space with side views of the ocean.
