One week August 3 to August 10th Depoe Bay! This 5 star WorldMark resort is centrally located just 12 miles from Lincoln City and 20 miles North of Newport. This is an open concept light-filled 3 bedrooms 3 bath unit with an unobstructed view from all rooms of the crashing waves colliding with huge rocks and shooting sprays of mist 30 feet in the air and a potential pod of whales many times a year. This spacious living room has a gas fireplace and a dining area that will seat eight. Next to the dining area is an updated fully equipped kitchen. This condominium has 2 master suites with their own baths and two patios. If you choose this can be separated into a private studio that shares the kitchen ideal for a nanny or extended family. Other amenities include both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and beautifully landscaped grounds. This unit is less than 2 blocks from Boiler Bay State Park. There is no resort fees and cleaning fee is included in the price of $1995. There is no smoking of any kind or pet.

Yes I a new owner with no reviews, however this unit is fractional interest which means I have the exclusive use of this unit one time each Quarter. I was there in March and was extremely impressed with all aspects of this condominium. If there is something the 24 hour staff will take of ASAP. If you stay I know you will have an amazing time. My loss is your gain.

I wanted Oregon Waterfront where I can hear, smell, and observe the ever changing Pacific ocean.

Easy walk to Boiler Bay State Park that is less than 3 blocks from this Unit. Ocean view from nearly every room plus you can hear the Ocean. Completely updated kitchen less than a year. Highly attentive and friendly staff available 24 hours a day.
