Excellent property. Easy access to ocean beach. Well appointed. Had to buy dish towels and liquid dish soap. The grill is unusable. Would have appreciated a place to recycle aluminum cans etc.

All was good, house was great and the the kids and grandparents got to use the hot tub every day. Beautiful spot on the beach with beach access not far, close to town and great location with superCute street of homes lining up to rental.

Our beach view from the top floor was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment for anything you needed.

Girls Weekend

This spot was even more beautiful in person. Sipping tea and watching the morning waves from the great room is a favorite memory. Great little trails to the beach and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had had a great visit and enjoyed the area. House parking for larger vehicles could be a little tight. We enjoyed walking access to the beach and local shops.

Nice condo close to the beach

Great upstairs common area with very nice views overlooking the ocean. The rooms were as described, and the place was clean and worked well for my family. The community the home is in is quiet and a bit cozy, with a nice nearby shore access for walks on the beach.

Kitchen was very well stocked. The beach was not visible from the hot tub as shown in the listing, due to overgrown hedges, which was a disappointment, because that was one of the reasons I chose this property over others. However, overall this property was ample for our group of ten. Amazing space for our stay

Very clean, great layout with open kitchen and living area. Kitchen had every utensil you need. The hot tub was relaxing. Close beach access. We had a great time.

The place was great for our family. The only problem was an oven that was out of commission. We had to improvise our meal plans and it was a major inconvenience with a large group.I have asked to be compensated for that and I’m waiting to hear back

Unfortunately, when we checked in things are not clean properly. TV wasn’t working because we couldn’t find the remotes. We found one in the couch, but that was the right one. We found another one under the couch. The fridge was broken. One of the shelves was taken together. That was the right one, but that was at the end of the day. Hot tub buttons weren’t working properly so at times we were in Luke warm water and there were goggles in there so the hot tub was definitely not clean properly. We were getting blamed for a noise complaint that was not coming from our home and after all the back-and-forth of the constant issues we merely asked for one hour later check out.… They couldn’t accommodate us on that either. Fortunately, the group that went, makes the best out of everything, but we were fairly disappointed at the cleanliness. The misunderstandings definitely disappointed with the hot tub, and for all of that the price was really high.

The issues you described with the hot tub, refrigerator, and TV remotes are all ones that our inspector should have caught ahead of your stay and I can assure you we are correcting this through additional training and oversight. Maintenance is scheduled to replace the refrigerator shelf and replace/label any missing or faulty remotes. The hot tub team did also complete a full drain and fill following your departure. Regarding the noise complaint, neighbors reported to us that you were the source of the noise. I'm sincerely sorry that they were mistaken, but we take noise complaints very seriously and spoke to you about it right away in the case that you were the source. We appreciated your honesty and understanding when you let us know it was in fact the home behind ours that was causing the noise. Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, we will certainly use it to improve.

Ocean breeze

We had a great time enjoying the ocean view from the living room, relaxing in the hot tub, and morning coffee from the cafe within walking distance. You have to be ok with stairs, as there are 3 levels. We also had to get our own containers for left overs and ziploc bags. All other amenities were great!

Spacious with fantastic view

Found rental was as advertised. Great location, spacious great room & kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen for our needs. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset or the tide come in. The chaises in great room were cozy reading places and perfect for naps as well. As with most beach houses there were steps for the three different levels. So, remember that if anyone in your party has difficulty with steps.

Best vacation spot ever!

Meredith Lodging was great to work with! They answered email questions promptly. Check in was easy. They emailed us everything we needed to know, including area attractions. Kitchen was well stocked with any kind of appliance we could ever need! The house was perfect for the 9 of us! Our grandson needs oxygen and they were available for the delivery & pick up of the concentrator. Walk to the beach was easy. An awesome experience!

Wonderful location! It’s a 3 level house, so there are lots of stairs. Neighborhood is great and 3 min walk to the beach access. Place was clean and really nice. Beautiful view from the top floor, hot tub was amazing. I agree with previous reviews about the bushes being so high you can’t see the ocean from the hot tub at all. In a few years I think it would impact the view from the top level as well. Not a negative but that would be a change I could suggest. Everything was wonderful otherwise!We did a paint night at the local coffee shop and walked there for lunch a few times. Food was great!

Epic View

Beautiful views right from your living room.Kitchen had lots of pots pans. Well stocked.Beach access was very close by stairs . Would stay here again. Listing said bbq available unfortunately at the time of check in there was a message there was a fire ban. Which I thought was odd . As it rained all 3 days but it could have just been information not updated over the summer. Mangager clarified .overall great house.
