The house was a great home base for hiking. It was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was the WIFI. It was very weak.

We will pass your kudos along to our housekeeping team. They will be equally thrilled! Calling the wifi "weak" is sometimes being generous. It typically works great, or it doesn't work at all. That's why we provide this info on the property description, so that Guests can set their expectations accordingly. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. The house was beautiful and beds super cozy! We were shocked to find no hand soap! (Other than 1 small wrapped bar in the bathroom) So bring your own! Also check the grill. We had no propane and didn't know until after office hours. Check it early. The neighborhood is great! We will go again but smarter about checking things out.

Hi Sara: Thank you for the great review for family Cabin #74! We are delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable stay, and that you found the cabin to be "beautiful and (the) beds super cozy". I placed two bars of soap at the cabin prior to your stay, (one at the bathroom wash basin and one in the shower) so I'm not certain what happened there. That said, it looks like we dropped the ball regarding the empty propane tank. We sincerely apologize for that. Please know that whenever an "oops" happens, we are just a quick phone call (the cabin is equipped with a land line) or an e-mail (the cabin is equipped with wifi) away and happy to assist. We hope that you had an opportunity to take advantage of the indoor fireplace during your visit. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you. We would highly recommend you to other hosts, and we look forward to seeing you again during your next visit to the Mt. Baker area :) Happy trails, Dan
Very clean and great layout for a cabin in Snowline. It was just right for our family. We brought our 1 yr old and 3yr old and our two dogs. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, riding bikes, & the playground & pool were perfect. It was very hot in 90's and the cabin stayed pretty cool especially without a/c. We did bring two fans from home which really helped at night as we knew ahead it was going to be hot.
What we didn't expect was all the restaurants were closed due to heat so that was disappointing. As far as the cabin, it would be nicer if the back deck was enclosed for the kids & pets, there was a better bbq grill, more dish towels & washcloths, & spices for cooking. Otherwise, it was perfect! The beds were super comfy & very clean. We'll definitely come back!

The house was perfect for a short weekend get-away for my and my 2 young boys. The Snowline community is a great location with easy access to hiking and the community center and pool were a hit as well. We would definitely visit again.

Cabin and neighborhood were delightful! We felt like we were far away from everything and could completely relax yet we were close to many great hiking trails and could take advantage of all the outdoor opportunities. Cabin had everything we needed. Temperature was unusually warm and cabin was not air conditioned. Would have been great to have a few fans in the unit to keep cool
at night.. We flew in from out of state so we could not bring fans with us so would definitely recommend bringing fans if temperatures are warm and you are able to bring your own.
Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Hui Melanie: Thank you for the great review for family Cabin #74! We are delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable stay during that unusually hot weekend, and that you found it to be a "lovely cabin and experience". Yes, most of the cabins-in-the-woods up here are not equipped with air conditioning systems. Heck; most peoples primary residences on this side of our state are not equipped with a/c, because days with hot temps are generally few and far between. We will make mention of the potential need for some fans to the property owners. They are very receptive to our Guest's requests. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you. We would highly recommend you to other hosts, and we look forward to seeing you again during your next visit to the Mt. Baker area :) Happy trails, Dan

We loved staying at this property. It felt clean and cozy, and had an adorable neighborhood to walk around in.

We had at nice stay at our cabin. The place was clean and the area was beautiful. But we were very turned off by the contract and all the rules for the price we were paying. The list of things that needed to be done for checkout seemed like it should be included in the cleaning fee that was charged. The rules and penalties for the gate seem absurd. And the checkin process was a irritating. Overall nice place, but definitely not worth the price.

Hi Heather: Thank you for your review for family Cabin #74! We are delighted to hear that you had a "nice stay at (the) cabin". We sorry to hear that you were "turned off" by the rental agreement, and the the community and house rules that you were required to adhere to. As you were staying in someone's private residence located within a gated resort-recreational development, it's not a free-for-all, and rules and regulations do apply. As for the price, we'll let the other reviews speak for themselves. Respectfully, Dan
