This deluxe 2-story, 4-bedroom high bank riverside family vacation home offers

lots of extras! Outside you`ll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a new

private Hot Tub! Inside on the 1st floor, you`ll discover one bedroom with

1-full size bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area

with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning

coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding gas stove, and a

fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The 2nd floor features one

bedroom with 1-queen size bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a

primary bedroom with 1-queen size bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full

bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private

entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a full size futon and its own

private 3/4-bath. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) and

monitored family vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED

Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service

failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are

provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
