Villa Alejandro is a NEW VILLA since December 2014 with marble floors, full bathrooms in marble and wooden porches, has a typical Canarian garden with a terrace for a relaxing wine taking a good swim in the heated pool and sunbathing .
It is located in a luxury urbanization in Playa Blanca, can enjoy silence, tranquility and comfort with all amenities and services, has alarm for your peace of mind.(SUPERMARKET CLOSE) that could need during the whole stay in the Island, restaurants and supermarkets near the town. Flamingo beach is located less than 1500 meters from the villa, there is a supermarket 500 meters away and restaurants less than 1500 meters away. The natural parrot beaches are 4 minutes away by car. the famous charcones are nearby.

It is an independent villa that is located on a plot of 600 m2, with parking space next to the house. Hall, two bedrooms one en suite, two bathrooms the first with a bath the second with shower, large living room, overlooking the garden and the private pool CLIMATIZADA, equipped with TV Smart TV, DVD, internet access via free WIFI. PORTABLE COMPUTER, SATELLITE CHANNEL (With English, German and French channels and an XBox, kitchen fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need including hair dryer and hair straightener for women, dining room overlooking the garden and pool.

Quiet well kept villa

Lovely, spacious villa in a quiet residential area. Plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Comfy king-size bed.Heated pool and well kept gardens.Eva very helpful and replied quickly on contact.Only small niggle is that there was no toilet paper or cleaning ok provided. Majority of villas we have stayed in,have provided a few essentials. Just a nice little start to the holiday.This wouldn't deter us from staying again though, we would just remember to buy on way.

Excellent Villa

Excellent villa in a great location. The neighbourhood is very quiet/peaceful which makes it the perfect place to unwind. It should be noted, however, that Montana Roja is fairly isolated and I would recommend a hire car. We got ours at Autoreisen which cost us less than 50 euros for the week. The property was spotlessly clean on our arrival and it has everything you will need for your holiday stay. The outside areas are lovely and we made good use of the sheltered dining area at the side of the house where we had our evening meals and quaffed a few bottles of Rioja. The heated pool was also lovely to relax in after our walks in the Timanfaya National Park (we walked up quite a few volcanoes during this trip!!!). Communications with both Carlos and Eva were excellent and both replied promptly to our queries. All in all this is a wonderful villa, which I highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous

What can i say? This was a beautiful villa with everything you need for your stay. Ewa was very accommodating and always easily contactable. It was very clean and tidy throughout. The swimming pool was just the right size and was thoroughly enjoyed by our 8 year old (and us too) with sun loungers available to use. The pool was also cleaned after we were there a week. Wifi and TV were great. Neighbourhood was quiet and neighbours were friendly. Washer dryer was a god-send (although, with the heat outside, we didnt really need the dryer). Garden area was fantastic with a bbq area, outside dining area and outside lounging area. All the rooms were a good decent size with all windows opening onto the swimming pool area. There was a driveway to park your car Definitely need a car (unless you like long walks), but there is a nice parade of convenience stores, restaurants and bars only a 3 minute drive away. Playa Blanca is around a 5 minute drive away. We highly recommend this villa and if we return to Lanzarote, we will most definitely stay here. Absolutely loved it!

Super Villa mit allem was man braucht

Die Villa ist super eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Das Wohngebiet ist aber etwas abgelegen, so dass man eigentlich immer auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen ist. Leider gibt es in der Nähe auch kein wirklichen Badestrand. Aber das wurde im Vorfeld auch nicht versprochen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren für 10 Tage Ende März auf Lanzarote und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, um dort einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen zu können. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Essbereich draußen inkl. Grill. Er ist wettergeschützt, so dass man dort auch sitzen kann, wenn es abends kühler wird. Auch der Pool ist toll und sehr erfrischend. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, um einkaufen und die Insel entdecken zu können. Einzig die Terrassenmöbel und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer mit dem großen Doppelbett könnten aus unserer Sicht erneuert werden.

Villa situated on a nice quiet complex. It was adequately furnished and was clean.

On our arrival at the villa we collected the keys from the combination box. Inside the villa was clean and it was adequately furnished for our two weeks holiday. The bedrooms had ample wardrobe space and both bathrooms were ideal. The kitchen had all the appliances that we required. The villa had a large landscaped garden with a heated pool which was cleaned twice during our stay. There was a washer/dryer machine which we used and was really good as we did most of our washing before returning home. By doing this we realised we did not need all the clothes we had taken with us. At the end of the first week the cleaning contractors cleaned and changed the bed linen and towels. Although we enjoyed our stay at the villa it was quite far out from Playa Blanca and a car hire is essential. There were some restaurants and a bar within 15 minutes walking, using shorts cuts over slightly rough ground, which was okay in daytime but during the evening a longer route along pavements took about 35 minutes. However, a taxi for this journey was 3 euros 50 cents one way. Playa Blanca is walkable along the prom and is approximately 5/6 kilometres. The only downside with the villa was that there was only one english channel (sky news) on the tv and the rest were either spanish, german and French.

Thank you for your comment, it makes me happy to know that the house was everything to your liking and clean, No one has ever complained about the cleanliness. the car is necessary since the villas are not in the center of town, so they are quiet. the television has satellite, but it is also smart TV and you can watch channels via the internet by Lan or wifi connection. Well presented and maintained villa with pool. Spotlessly clean. Some uncertainty that we would get a linen and towel change part way through our 13 night stay, though this did happen. Hand soap was provided but we would have appreciated a few dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags and initially more toilet rolls. A car is necessary as the villa is 4 km from the centre of Playa Blanca and is therefore quite isolated.

Thank you for your comment, just tell you: the sheets and cleaning is done every week prior agreement with the client. being 13 nights to EVA the doubt arose and the cleaning was done, it was simply a doubt. Regarding the rental car, all customers are informed that the villa is removed from the center, although there are restaurants and supermarkets near the Villa. All customers are even informed that they need a car and the cheapest rental company. the villas are always removed from the center so they are quieter. I'm glad to know that they were comfortable and the house was very clean. I hope to see you again. Thank you very much for your comment and we will improve the role of the bathroom. Wunderbares, großzügiges und komfortables Haus

Das Haus entspricht absolut den Beschreibungen und Bildern. Es ist großzügig angelegt, in ruhiger Lage, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben dort fast drei Wochen verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung ist perfekt, äußerst kulant und mieterfreundlich! Gerne wieder! The house absolutely corresponds with the description and pictures. It is very spacious, in a quiet neighbourhood, neat and well equipped. We spent nearly three weeks there and felt very much at home. The local support is fair, customer-friendly and perfect. Thank you!

Tolles Ferienhaus !

Wir haben zwei Wochen unseres Urlaubs hier verbracht und waren von Anfang an begeistert! Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut und das Haus ist gut durchdacht. Trotz heftigen Windes konnte man immer draußen sitzen, da die Sitzecke im Außenbereich windgeschützt liegt. Der Pool hatte immer eine angenehme Wassertemperatur, so dass man gut darin baden konnte. Leider hatten wir während unserer Ferien Pech mit dem Wetter. Von 14 Tagen hatten wir 10 Tage mit teilweise sehr starker Bewölkung und teils sehr heftigen Wind. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war dies jedoch kein Problem und so nutzten wir die Zeit und erkundeten die Insel. Lanzarote hat sehr viel zu bieten und wir haben viele neue Eindrücke von der Insel gewonnen! Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht und werden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Auch die Betreuung im Vorfeld und vor Ort war super - vielen Dank nochmal dafür !

Lovely villa in peaceful location

Great property with everything our family needed. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed meals in the outside barbecue area. A very relaxing stay and we loved visiting the beautiful beaches of Papagayo nearby. Thanks also for the welcome beer in the fridge on our arrival!
