Villa Dolores is a beautifully appointed private villa offering luxury, comfort and tranquillity in one of Lanzarote’s most sought-after locations.
Ideally situated just 25 minutes from Arrecife Airport, the villa is approximately 3km from Playa Blanca town centre and only a 5-minute walk from the stunning seafront promenade, which stretches along the coastline from the iconic Lighthouse to the Marina.
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is close at hand. Within a 5-minute walk you’ll find the local shops, restaurants, cafés and bars of Faro Park, while the peaceful setting of the villa provides the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island.
Your own private retreat
Villa Dolores accommodates up to four adults, with guests aged 15 and over, making it ideal for couples, friends or a relaxing adult getaway.
The villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, creating a genuine “home away from home” with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The two bedrooms feature shuttered windows, allowing you to keep the rooms cool and enjoy a wonderfully dark sleeping environment when required. The main bedroom also benefits from coin-operated air conditioning/heating.
Outside, the villa really comes into its own. A private heated swimming pool sits to the rear of the property, surrounded by a beautifully planted, enclosed garden. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax in the sunshine or unwind with a drink at the end of the day.
There is also private parking directly outside the villa, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Having visited Lanzarote on many occasions we couldn't think of a better place to buy. We were attracted to the warm all year round sunshine and laid back lifestyle which appeals to people of all ages and is a complete contrast to our everyday busy lives in the South of England. We visit as often as possible to recharge our batteries at this beautiful, tranquil villa.

Why they chose this property

There were many reasons why we decided to purchase in Lanzarote–flight time is just under 4 hours, the time zone is the same, the Island is so beautiful and unspoilt and of course the guaranteed sunshine all year round.We chose Playa Blanca well because in our opinion none of the other resorts can compete. Playa Blanca has it all - low rise, well planned resort with the most breath-taking views and beaches and just 25 minutes drive from the airport.A few minutes walk from the coastline which hosts 2 beaches–Playa Montana and Flamingo and the local shops are just around the corner.The town of Playa Blanca is a 5 minute drive away.When we viewed the property with its location just a few minutes from the coast we just knew this was what we had been looking for.

What makes this property unique

Villa Dolores, detached and built to a very high specification, large garden, private pool (electrically heated), private parking, marble flooring throughout and high ceilings in the lounge and master bedroom to give a light and airy feeling. Newly fitted air conditioning/heating in the main bedroom. We visit regularly to inspect the property and ensure it is maintained to the luxury standard that we want and would expect if we were renting.We have engaged the services of a local English speaking villa management company and our housekeepers Karen & Mike take as much pride in the Villa as we do.Should you choose to rent with us we can assure you that we will look after you very well as we appreciate that your holiday is important to you.Villa Dolores offers peace and tranquility and is a ‘Home Away From Home'
