LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Nestled in a delightful, family friendly Misquamicut neighborhood, our sun-filled beach house is a 5 minute stroll to the ocean! Our guests have access to 3 private Misquamicut Fire District (MFD) ocean beaches, with life guards and clean bathrooms. The beaches are a quick & easy walk from our beach home.
RENOVATIONS COMPLETED IN MAY 2023! We are very pleased with our new brand kitchen. We love the new deck off the kitchen, and we are over the moon about our new screened in porch. We also added new flooring throughout most of the house.
