Historic detached stone house, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8, fireplace, charming furnishings, dishwasher, panoramic view, garden, developed on 2 levels + mezzanine. On the ground floor kitchen with dining area and fireplace, hallway 1 bedroom and bathroom; on the first floor living room with sofa bed and corner sofas and TV, second bedroom and bathroom hallway; mezzanine with third bedroom. External room for ski storage, panoramic balcony. Very close to the house there is an always free public parking without costs. Equipment: TV, radio, dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob. The resort, located in the municipality of La Magdeleine, is very quiet and still has all the necessary services such as: tennis courts, playground 60 meters from the house, ski slopes for adults and children, five-a-side football, numerous walks in the woods. A few kilometers away are the most famous ski resorts in the Aosta Valley: 15 min Valtournenche, 15 min Torgnon, 20 min Cervinia, Pila 60 min, Courmayeur 60 min. At 15 km the casino of Saint-Vincent.

Charming house in Italian village

Me and my family (5 adults and 2 kids) spent a wonderful time in this house, located in a small Italian town. The house is charming, has its climate and is equipped with everything you really need. We spent our Christmas there and had everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality, very good contact with the host and unforgettable memories of our stay.

What a fabulous mountain home!

We had the most wonderful 12 night stay in this fabulous mountain house set in a very quaint old, quiet village. The house is very well equipped and we had a very relaxing stay. The mountain range views are stunning from the house, balcony or garden. It is about a 10 - 15 minuet drive to shops and restaurants and further to all the great ski areas. We had really good ski conditions in late March. Roberto and his family are very helpful and friendly upon arrival and departure. There is so much more than skiing though, we enjoyed exploring the wider area, there is just so much to see. We hope to return! Thank you. The Daniels family

Tranquillo e rilassante

La casa è molto curata, spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Ci sono stato con i miei quattro figli la scorsa settimana, c’è spazio per tutti sia nelle camere che negli ambienti comuni. Si vede subito la cura dei dettagli e come venga messo a disposizione dell’ospite tutto quello che potrebbe essere utile, dagli elettrodomestici alle piccole cose.. L’host è molto attento e preciso, disponibile a fornire informazioni, si vede che ci tiene molto. Il paesino è molto tranquillo e rilassante: da lì si può partire direttamente per delle belle passeggiate a piedi o in auto per visitare il resto della valle del Cervino.

Een parel in de bergen

Een heerlijk groot en gezellig huis voor de hele familie. Alles is aanwezig, de eigenaren helpen waar het kan, het uitzicht is adembenemend. Er is plek voor iedereen, je kunt je even terugtrekken. Heerlijke bedden. Het dorp is in de winter zeer rustig. Cervinia is zo’n 40 minuten rijden.

Great Scenery

Sehr gemütliches, funktional vollwertiges Alpenhaus, abseits von allem Rummel mit unglaublichem Panoramablick Wir waren in Summe mit 8 Personen (vier Erwachsene, vier Jugendliche) für eine Woche zu Gast. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuverlässig, sehr freundlich- es war sehr einfach per WhatsApp Kontakt zu halten. Einzige Empfehlung: Das Haus ist eher für 6 Personen geeignet als für 8-insbesondere, wenn die Jugendlichen/Kinder schon älter sind. Vielen Dank-wir haben es genossen

Chalet très agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Chalet très spacieux et confortable. Nous étions 6 personnes dont un enfant. Situé dans un hameau authentique avec une vue magnifique depuis le chalet et à proximité de très belles randonnées sur les sentiers enneigés ! Je recommande vivement cette location et salue la gentillesse de son propriétaire et de sa flle qui nous a accueillie avec de bons conseils de randonnées et de restaurants !

Bellissimo weekend

Siamo un gruppo di ragazzi appassionati di snowboard e abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno a casa di Roberto. La casa è accogliente e spaziosa.. in 7 con un cane siamo stati comodissimi!! Il proprietario e la figlia sono stati gentilissimi rispondendo a tutte le nostre richieste.. torneremo certamente!

Cosy cottage in the mountains

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a perfect choice. It’s a 30 mins drive to Valtournenche for ski-ing, but away from the hardcore resort areas for a more relaxing, Italian experience. An open fire in the kitchen/dining area, lots of sofas in the living area (hard to find in a ski area) and beautiful views of the snowy mountains. 10 mins walk to. lovely local restaurant/shop. The house is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), two bathrooms. Very clean and Roberto and his son were very helpful and attentive. We had a lovely, very festive stay.

уютный, красивый , чистый дом , но находится высоко в горах , ехать к ближайшему подъемнику 40-50 мин по горным дорогам, из недостатков : 1. звукоизоляция ужасная во всех комнатах 2.кровати состоят из двух кроватей с двумя матрасами , спать на них вдвоем не удобно, один из двух постоянно проваливается между ними 3.зимой очень холодно , везде ледянные холодные полы , в том числе и в ванных комнатах , сушить белье и горнолыжное снаряжение негде, самое теплое место первый этаж где стоит котел, авторегулятор стоит тут же под потолком , поэтому выключает котел очень быстро , не успевая прогреть второй и третий этаж , в других комнатах и в ваннах стоят электрические конвектора, которые настроены на 20 градусов , они нагревают себя на 20 и выключаются cozy, beautiful house, is located high in the mountains, go to the nearest ski lift 40-50 minutes along the mountain roads, from the shortcomings: 1. Soundproofing is terrible in all rooms 2. beds consist of two beds with two mattresses, sleeping on them alone is not convenient 3. the winter is very cold, everywhere icy cold floors, including in the bathrooms, there is nowhere to dry linen and ski equipment, the warmest place is the first floor where the boiler stands, the auto-regulator stands right there under the ceiling, so it turns off the boiler very quickly, without succeeding to warm up the second and third floor, in other rooms and in the baths there are electric convectors that are set to 20 degrees, they heat themselves by 20 and turn off

La casa di Roberto è meravigliosa ,molto meglio che in fotografia .Situata in una posizione tranquilla ed indipendente ,è l'ideale per una famiglia che vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante Di questa casa ci si innamora a prima vista e devo dire che alla fine della vacanza la senti un po' tua.Noi eravamo in sei e ci siamo fermati tutto il mese di agosto .Di giorno pensavamo fuori con un panorama meraviglioso.Roberto ci ha consegnato una casa provvista di tutto,molto funzionale e con grandi spazi.La consiglio vivamente a tutti..Grazie Roberto per la bellissima vacanza .......
