Three-room apartment in a typical mountain house renovated in 2015 at 1850 meters. asl with structure in green building, completely exposed to the south and located in the village of Porliod, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains of the S Barthélemy valley and the central valley; autonomous heating is equipped with photovoltaic system for heating, sanitary water, induction cooktop, large flat green area in front for night observation of the sky and leisure / relaxation during the day. Furnished in typical alpine style, it is equipped in the kitchen: with microwave oven, refrigerator, complete kitchen equipment; bathroom: hairdryer; bedroom: double bed and bunk bed and cot for children under 3 years available; living room with double sofa bed; tv and radio.
Crockery, pillows, blankets and duvets are made available, but not sheets and bath towels. Storage room for skis and bicycles. The apartment is delivered from 12 noon and must be vacated by 10 am. Rental rates are indicative and may vary according to the period and the number of occupants.

Bellissimo posto sotto le stelle

Spektakuläre Alleinlage über dem Aostatal. Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, die geschmackvoll und liebevoll mit allem was man benötigt eingerichtet. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Tipp: Für die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft benötigt man eine Allradauto. Falls nicht vorhanden, bringt Alessandro die Koffer mit seinem Auto runter - guter Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un passo dalle stelle

Sono stato con mia moglie in questa baita per poco meno di una settimana e siamo andati via con grande nostalgia e tanta voglia di tornarci. Che dire, cercavamo la quiete e l'abbiamo trovata, cercavamo la natura e ci siano capitati dentro, cercavamo le stelle e le abbiamo toccate. Questa valle è magica, e la baita è in una posizione fantastica che primeggia sul panorama mozzafiato delle Alpi. Per i fotografi appassionati di astronomia consiglio vivamente questo luogo, decretato fra i migliori cieli del mondo per le foto al cielo notturno. Non per nulla a soli 2 chilometri dalla Baita vi è un osservatorio astronomico. A circa 4 chilometri vi sono dei ristoranti dove gustare l'ottima cucina locale, insomma non manca nulla. Il proprietario Alessandro si è dimostrato persona simpatica disponibile ed attenta a qualsiasi esigenza, davvero grazie per la tua ospitalità ECCELLENTE. La casa è arredata per intero e con tutti gli accessori necessari a viverci. Non manca nulla. Presto ci rivedremo !!!!

Meraviglia

La casa è comoda e super accessoriata, ma quello che fa la differenza è che si percepisce in ogni angolo l'amore ed il rispetto per il luogo di chi l'ha ristrutturata.Svegliarsi la mattina, aprire la porta e trovarsi dentro un quadro ti rimette in pace con il mondo, la valle di Saint-Barthélemy è stata una grande scoperta, è stata dura andarsene, ma torneremo. Un grazie speciale ad Alessandro per questo regalo.

Splendida esperienza. Consigliato a tutti!

Vacanza perfetta anche se breve purtroppo! La casa è nuova, pulita, accogliente e funzionale, con vista sulle montagne mozzafiato. Ideale per tutti coloro che cercano una vacanza rilassante, a stretto contatto con la natura! Comoda e strategica anche per quanto riguarda le camminate ovviamente. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Insomma, proprio una bella esperienza!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

Breve vacanza con il nostro piccolo in un posto fantastico, immersi nel verde in tutta tranquillità. Comodo accesso alle passeggiate. Ottima ospitalità in un bellissimo appartamento completo di ogni comfort. Ci torneremo sicuramente magari per una vacanza un pochino più lunga!!
