About this property

#3 Frio River Grove Rentals

We are located approximately 60-75 yards from The Beautiful Frio River. We are in a prime location for tubing and kayaking. The houses are equipped all your basic kitchen appliances, cookware, plates, bowls, cups etc. We also provide linens for all beds. We DO NOT provide any towels. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in. This agreement will be emailed to you after you have reserved your reservation. You will need to provide us your email address, through Airbnb messaging.

Family vacation

We had a fabulous time the property was really clean and accurately described, and loved that we got to bring our fur baby. The renters behind us on the other property where loud at night so or dog didn’t care for that and they wanted to start trouble with the people staying beside us but other than that we had a great time talking to everyone and hanging out in the water.

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed for Mother’s Day weekend and it was the best Mother’s Day ever! We enjoyed the comfort of Frio River Grove as well as Garner State Park and the Frio! You have everything you need right there at the house! It was awesome to be able to just walk out to river access too! The teenagers enjoyed the pool as well! We have no complaints at all and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful experience at the cabins! It was the perfect location. Cabins were clean and the employees were extremely nice and helpful! We will definitely come back!!

This property was bought in 2017. We had a dream to build beautiful houses on the Frio River with amazing views. We were so lucky to be able to build our dream. Our family has held the Tri-Canyon dearly in our heart for many years. It is a special place to make memories for our family and we hope you make memories like we have when you stay with us.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located right on Magers Crossing. This is a hotspot for Kayaking and Tubing. We are located a couple miles from Garner State Park. There are so many fun things to do while staying with us. Hiking, Tubing, Kayaking, Bird watching, Swimming, Dancing, Golfing, Horseback riding, shopping and spending time with your loved ones.

What makes this property unique

The views from our houses are amazing. In the mornings and evenings you can watch the deer, birds, rabbits, squirrels and many other types of wildlife from your porch. It's a wonderful experience and we hope you stay with us to make memories.
