Beautiful property, Charming unit, Amazing location!

This is an amazing location in Palm Springs - walk-able to downtown and uptown design district. Beautiful gated community with underground parking, tennis courts, 3 pools, hot tubs, and exercise room.
Walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, museums and bars. Very cute and comfortable condo in an elegantly beautiful gated community. There is one bedroom with a king bed, two full bathrooms, open living/dining/kitchen and a lovely patio. Lots of closet space. Spare inflatable mattress, linens, and pillows available as well. Has A/C and heat, a covered and cool patio with a fan for summer, and is very private. Across from Agua Caliente casino and Palm Springs Convention Center. This is a great place for a lot of privacy but walking distance to everything downtown. Clean and comfortable, includes: TV/CABLE/ INTERNET and Netflix/Amazon. Many fun Palm Springs sights are near, great Mid-Century Modern architecture, and easy access to all of the Coachella Valley. Enjoy!

Palm Springs Vacation

We were in Palm Springs for a month and had a wonderful time. Our condo was beautiful and Cara was great to communicate with. We will definitely come back.

Well-equipped condo, wonderful complex

We really enjoyed staying in Card's condo. The Deauville complex is exceptional with 3 poole and a gym. It is a short walk to the Main Street of Palm Springs. There is a very welcoming atmosphere from other residents/renters. The condo itself had everything we could have wanted, including a kettle. Everything worked, with no problems with equipment. Cara was very responsive to all our communications, which is always reassuring. Recommended!

Perfect for Two

This is a great getaway location for 2 adults. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed, on a quiet, beautiful property. We enjoyed spending time on the porch throughout th day. The location is easy walking distance to downtown PS and in a great area for daily walks. Cara was great to work with, responsive and communicative. So glad we found this place for our winter break!

Great Location!

This property is in a gated community very close to downtown Palm Springs. The condo is as described and very clean. We had a TV issue and Cara quickly accessed assistance with resolving that. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!! Thanks Cara

3 month stay

My fiancé and I stayed at this condo for 3 months. I highly recommend staying at this property! The condo was very clean and even had cleaners come half way through our stay. The community is gated and I felt super safe. I worked from home for the three month stay and the WiFi never had any issues. Cara was very responsive with any questions we may have had and the neighbors were amazing! The condo has in unit laundry which was a must for us for the extended stay. I would definitely come back!

Enjoyed our Stay

We stayed at Cara's property for about a month, working remotely. Both the condo and the Deauville were fantastic. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and it was perfect for two persons (might have been a bit small for more than two). Two bathrooms were also a nice perk. Internet was fast, and it was nice sitting out on the patio in the mornings and evenings before it got too hot. We used the pool and tennis courts, and enjoyed them both. The location was also great, only a couple of blocks to downtown, and basically across the street from both the casino and the convention center. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to our friends.
