The Deauville Desert Garden is a wonderfully decorated second floor condo in the attractive Deauville gated community located in Downtown Palm Springs. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides a feeling of complete relaxation. It is perfect for 1 or 2 adults.

Get ready to sink into the comfortable sofa or recliner in the living room, where you can watch your favorite TV shows on a large, wall mounted TV. The open concept to the kitchen allows for easy conversation no matter where you are. A fully stocked kitchen allows for ease in meal preparation, whether you choose to enjoy your meals at the table in the living room, or on the patio. With this being located in the back of the community, the patio offers a tranquil atmosphere while looking out to the trees and mountain tops.

You can also choose to relax by the pool and spa, which is located just steps from your location. Also located close by are the tennis courts and fitness building.

At the end of your day, retire to the spacious bedroom which features a Cal-King bed, large wall mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Desert Garden was lovely

We had a great time at the Deauville Desert Garden. This one-bedroom unit on the second floor was clean, comfortable, well maintained and nicely equipped. I especially liked the infrared grill on the outdoor balcony. The "lemon" theme throughout the condo was a nice touch! John was a gracious, welcoming host. We look forward to our next visit!

We booked again for next year after just a couple of days there. Great location and very quiet inside the unit and the complex . Gated complex. Short walk to Palm Canyon Drive. Host John met us and showed us around at check-in. Well and comfortably furnished. Good quality cooking utensils. Very generous supply of TP, paper towels, soap, cleaning supplies etc.. Owner lives in the area and responds quickly should something arise..

Awesome Place - Great Location

John's place is fantastic. The apartment is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. It's a treat to stay in this lovely apartment, the way the light fell into the space, the environmental design and theme of the décor – all of it is impressive. The location is great, walking distance from Downtown Palm Springs with great places to eat and shop around! Apartment is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and has laundry. I appreciated the personal greeting by John who showed me around the community which has a nice tennis court and a big pool which was open. John is an excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.
