Superb luxury apartment for 8 people, bright, marble floor, spacious and tastefully decorated, renovated in May 2018, located in Cap d'Agde, not far from the Mediterranean Sea (Richelieu beach).

The apartment secured by badge is located in a residence called "The house of the port", at the end of the port saint Martin.

It is on the second floor (no neighbors above). Beautiful entrance with storage and space to store your beach.

Living room, dining room and kitchen semi open: very spacious room, bright and beautiful height under ceiling.

Access to the loggia by bay windows with a splendid view on the port.

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) with everything you need for 8 people.

Living room with sofa bed, coffee table and new HD TV.

Independent toilet.

From the living room, you will access a sleeping area with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and reading lights.

You also access a second bedroom with a magnificent view of the port, consisting of 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and 2 dressers.

The apartment is located near the beaches and 3 minutes from the port center with all these activities.
You will find shops nearby (Grand Lidl, restaurant, tapas bar, glacier etc.).

For moments of relaxation, you can spend a day in Aqualand, the island leisure, Luna Park or Golf Cap d'Agde.

You can park your car in the car park at the foot of the residence or on the large car park located 2 steps from the residence.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour tres agréable au cap d'agde. L appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol,le 2ème lit qui est attenant au salon seulement caché par un rideau. A part cela rien a redire .

Apartment in port Saint Martin

This apartment was much smaller than expected for two couples. One couple had to sleep in the living area behind a curtain with very little privacy Apartment was clean and it was in an excellent location Concierge communicated well.

Emplacement idéal au Cap D'Agde

Appartement idéal pour 4 personnes. Bien situé, à proximité de commerces et au calme! L appartement est bien équipé et est spacieux! Seul bémol: l'appartement ne devait pas être loué depuis un moment et il n était pas propre. Frigo avec retenue d eau bouchée donc un peu de moisissures, cheveux au sol, poussières...! Sinon bon séjour !!
