Lovely house

What a lovely house, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. Very close to the beach and nice restaurants. Family with 4 teenagers aged 18-22 years.

Splendid house

Fully equiped and spacious house with a lovely garden and swimming pool. Really close to the beach, so best of both worlds! Jason is a great host and took us for a great evening surprise. We have rented a dozen houses over the past years; this one is our absolute number one!

Exactly what we needed!

From the minute we arrived Jason was amazing! Welcoming us to his villa, which is exactly what we hoped for. Gorgeous out door space, large open plan living area and gorgeous bedrooms. The place was spotless, with a few welcome gifts, which was a lovely touch. Jason was on hand if we needed, but this was not necessary for us. He sent us a list of recommendations of places to eat, which was a great help. We visited his family hotel the Capao for an amazing meal. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. Can’t thank Jason enough for an amazing holiday and I know we will be back.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille dans cette villa au Cap d’Agde. Jason est un hôte vraiment extraordinaire : disponible, réactif et plein de petites attentions aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.La villa est parfaitement équipée, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l’on passe une excellente semaine. Le logement et les chambres sont très propre. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus dont nous avons pleinement profité.L’emplacement est idéal : dans un endroit très calme, tout en étant à moins de cinq minutes de la mer.Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés !

Perfect villa

Rented this property for a short family break of 4 nights, the villa was excellent, location excellent and the the host, Jason, if I could give him more than 5 stars I would, he met us on our arrival and fully explained about the villa, ie security, Wi-Fi etc. Jason also contacted us throughout our stay to check if everything was alright and was on hand to recommend restaurants and places to visit. The villa is exactly as it looks in the listing and is a 5 minute walk to the beach (also beautiful) and about 10 minutes to a shopping area. I cannot recommend this property highly enough

Superbe: plage à pied, maison très agréable et la piscine top!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. La piscine et l’extérieur est top. Jason est un hote exceptionnel: prise de contact à son initiative bien avant notre arrivée, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous vous recommandons fortement cette location! Concernant la localisation: Accès en voiture très facile. Il faut 5mn à pied pour arriver sur une belle plage. En 10mn à pied vous êtes au Mail avec des restos et commerces. Pour aller plus loin (île aux loisirs ou port) il vous faudra prendre un vélo ou la voiture mais ce n’est vraiment pas un problème.

Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances chez Jason. Situation très calme. Belle piscine et non loins de la plage. Jason est à l'écoute et tout de suite dispo en cas de nécessité. Il nous a donné des conseils de restos. Merci beaucoup à toi et ton frère!!! Nous sommes prêts à revenir. 😁

Tout se prête à ne plus sortir ! Perfektes sauberes modernes Haus

Ein schönes 2 Jahre altes modernes Haus, u unmittelbarer Entfernung zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit, immer Ansprechbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, u wird gereinigt. Der Pool ebenso. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schön!

Das Haus ist komfortabel und praktisch. Es verfügt zusätzlich über WIFI, eine Waschmaschine/Tumbler, eine Soundanlage für Smartphones und der Fernseher ist mit Internetzugang (für Netflix, usw.). Dies ist in den Ferien nicht unbedingt nötig, aber wir waren trotzdem positiv überrascht und haben diese Extras geschätzt. Der Pool kann abgedeckt werden, was mit kleinen Kindern praktisch ist und das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Lage ist super, der Strand ist sauber und nur ca. 400-500m entfernt und zur Mail de Rochelongue sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr gut. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. (7 Personen: 4 Erwachsene / 3 Kleinkinder)

Une maison très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le propriétaire est accueilant et fait en sorte de nous arranger comme il le peut. La maison est très bien situé et à quelque mettre de la plage, une plage superbe. Je conseille fortement.
