About this property
Residence Etoile de Mer - Beachfront duplex Cannes Mandelieu - Beachfront
60sqm duplex perfectly located in front of the beach, between Cannes and Mandelieu La Napoule with a roof top and a stunning seaview.
The apartment is ideally located in front of the sea and a sandy beach. Located on the top floor, the view is beautiful and you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
The apartment has a terrace (table for lunch / dinner) and a rooftop for resting and sunbathing!
The apartment is located in front of a sandy beach, between Cannes and Mandelieu La Napoule.
There is only 10 meters between our residence and the sand of the beach!
You'll find snacks directly on the beach and 2 delicious beach restaurant directly in the sand, 50 meters on the right of our residence!
Mandelieu La Napoule casino is located 10 min walk along the see.
However we recommend you to get to Cannes city center.
We are renting a 650 ft² / 60sqm duplex perfectly located in front of the beach, with:
- a seaview leaving room
- a balcony where you will be able to have lunch in front of the sea
- at midlevel, the bathroom
- the 2 persons private bedroom, with view on the golf behind the residence
- an alcove with a small double bed
- the roof terrace at the top of the beach!
You will find all the necessary amenities:
- Washing machine
- TV
- Wireless
- Nespresso coffee
- Microweave
- etc.
We could have a specific request for late arrivals and early departures.
Should you go wrong, you will have my phone number so I can solve it.
Feel free to contact me and I will respond as quickly as possible. (always less than 2 hours during the day ... A little bit more if I'm sleeping :)). I keep the calendar of reservations up to date, it is said to be free for this period, it surely is.
Please note that you should give the apartment after your stay.

Très bon séjour ; immeuble très bien situé Au milieu d un beau jardin, en accès direct mer et plage agréable.
La climatisation serait un plus ainsi qu une rénovation de la salle de bain.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. A titre d'information nous avons rénové intégralement la salle de bain cet hiver et avons remplacé la baignoire par une douche à l'italienne. Nous serions heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau prochainement.
