Skiers and sunset lovers

Our property is located on the top floor with an unobstructed panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. Sunsets to take your breath away. For skiers, walk 100 feet to the Ski Shuttle and you are on your way to Stagecoach or Boulder. You can actually walk down to the Boulder lift.
Recently renovated with brand new vinyl wood floors throughout. Updated master loft bathroom with large walk in shower with Carrara tile, upgraded sink, 2nd vanity area outside of bathroom to allow two people to get ready. Loft area has a Californian King bed and has been upgraded to have a sliding pocket door with open cut out for viewing during the day. At night there is an electronic rolling shade for complete privacy to sleep.
Downstairs kitchen has been upgraded with new stove/oven and refrigerator, pantry and fully stocked kitchen for cooking.
Living area has a beautiful wood table with benches on each side to seat six people. Enjoy the lake view while dining. Brand new sofa and 56 inch wide tv in living room area . Fire place to keep you warm and cozy in the winter.
Outside deck with a BBQ and seating to enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises or sunsets.
Downstairs bedroom has queen bed with tv and small nook area to relax in. Downstairs bathroom upgraded with new vanity and glass shower doors.
Unit is extremely quiet and very comfy. Laundry room just steps from the front door. Spa & Jacuzzi across the parking lot.
There is plenty of parking along with public transit to take you down the hill to all the casinos, shopping areas, lake beaches and more.
There is a small market and sports bar just down the hill from our unit. Enjoy the summer with many great outdoor concerts, bike rentals, paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking. Many areas to hike close by our unit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Make sure all heaters are off in bedrooms. Main room put on away mode.

Make sure to fold up outside chairs and table. Wrap with bungee cord. Very strong winds can blow them away.

BBQ please put cover back on. Leave note for cleaner that it has been used.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet time begins at 9:00 pm until 8:00 am.

Ski and Snowboard boots must be taken off outside the unit. Ski and boards must be put up on the racks provided by the owner.

Cars must be moved every 24 hrs after a snow storm to allow snow plows to remove the snow in the parking lot.

This place didn’t disappoint, every sunset was beautiful. Our stay was wonderful this place was better than expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again if ever in the area.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We booked a last minute trip to Tahoe and stayed at here. Most of our interaction was with Brittany. A small snag during check-in but Brittany took care of everything. Great place with great sunsets.

Quaint condo with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe

We had an wonderful stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated it was. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The living room was cozy, and the balcony had breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.The location was perfect—close to the Stagecoach Lift, shuttle right in front of the condo, easy access, quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and eager to make our stay perfect. Lovely comfortable place

What an amazing stay! We were 'snowed in' for a day or so and were very comfortable in this well-equipped condo. There wasn't anything missing - from olive oil to zip lock bags! The beds were very comfortable and the location was right up in Heavenly, great spot!

Beautiful view but a bit of a drive from Heavenly Village

Cozy (in a good way) best for two or three people but four could stay for sure. Great view of the lake. The complex itself is kind of dated but we had no real issues. Well stocked kitchen.

Good value. Condo was clean and VERY well equipped in terms of kitchen items. Take advantage of the crock pot if you go. It's actually a "ski-out" condo if you're an experienced skier & can traverse well.

Perfect for a ski trip

I rented the condo for a weekend ski trip to Tahoe. It was clean and comfortable for myself and 2 other guest. The checkin and checkout process was easy and convenient. If planning to ski the Nevada side of Heavenly this will suit your needs as far as parking and lift lines.

Heavenly ski stay

as stated, cannot beat the view and location. shuttle (right across street) away from the stagecoach or boulder lifts. or just drive down the street to stagecoach lift for free parking. condo is in-between two lifts; stagecoach & boulder. both beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked. the unbeatable view does require a bit of a hike three floors up, but that’s a small downside in comparison. would definitely stay again

Great view & facilities

Place was exactly as described and views are spectacular. It was a great stop for just the two of us and had everything we needed. Having washer and dryer available just outside our unit was a great plus and couldn’t believe only $1.50 for wash and $1.00 for 60 minutes of dry time time. The description was clear, including that it was in the third floor, so certainly have no complaints with Owner or VRBO, but didn’t factor in the altitude being at 7,600’ and was a challenge bringing in luggage. For 2 people in their 70’s who are not that physically active it was a little tough. We got used to the altitude and overall really loved our stay!

Chris was great to deal with and very organized/responsive with her communication. We will stay again when we are in Tahoe and will be most happy to refer our friends. Also note this looks like an ideal location for skiers super convenient. We are not skiers and we stay here during the shoulder season but I can only imagine how popular this condo is. Thanks for the great stay.

Bucket List - Tahoe and American Century Tour

The view is spectacular, location is great! Unit has many extras such as coffee, seasoning, etc.. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, only down side is there is no elevator but even with a broken foot it was manageable.

Amazing view!

We had a fantastic time here! One minor thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so if you will have trouble carrying things up to the unit you might want to reconsider. If you're up for carrying gear, though, this is an amazing spot! Well stocked, clean, comfortable, and an absolutely incredible view. Super convenient access to the Boulder Lodge, and easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need while you are there.

Ski Trip

Due to our travel schedule we were going to arrive several hours before actual check-in. I contacted the host to see if we might check-in early and they were very accommodating. Upon entering the unit it was very clean, the kitchen was very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. During our stay, Heavenly was actually closed a day due to a Blizzard. Once again we contacted the host, this time to see if we could extend our stay an additional day so that we could finish our Epic Pass. The unit was available and the host was very helpful with the VRBO process. This was a winter trip, I would definitely like to come back and stay in the Summer.

So happy I found this place!

My husband and I scheduled a last-minute spring ski trip to Heavenly and were so lucky to have found this place. The location is so convenient for skiing Heavenly, and the view from the living room is out-of-this-world gorgeous. Overall the place is pretty small and the kitchen is really tiny, but it had everything we needed to enjoyingly cook full breakfasts and dinners every day. In fact the kitchen is much better equipped and stocked than most places we've stayed. We've rented many places over the years that were a lot more expensive, much less comfortable, and didn't have nearly as good a view or convenient location. We had several questions during our stay, and every time we reached out Chris was so quick to respond and she always helped us with whatever we needed. And the place came with the best humidifier we've ever used - which is a lifesaver if you're not accustomed to the dry air (thank you for that small-but-big detail, Chris!).

I have been a vacation rental property manager for a property located in the La Jolla area of San Diego. I have been doing this for 4.5 years. I have received 4 & 5 star ratings since I started. Attention to detail, answering guest inquiries & questions in a timely manner and making sure the units are clean and fully stocked.
My husband and I have lived in San Diego all our lives. My husband is a Program Manager and has worked for the same company for 25 year. We have to adult sons one who live close and another who moved to Italy.
We have both been involved in The San Diego Council of Ski Clubs. I am the President and he is the treasurer. We oversee all our ski clubs in San Diego.
We love to travel and have been on many bike & barge trips, ski trips and now some adventure tours.
We have always loved the ocean, lake and the mountains. Lake Tahoe was our dream of having a second place that provided both summer and winter activities.

Why they chose this property

My husband & I fell in love with this property because of the outstanding unobstructed lake view. It is amazing to watch all the different sunsets overnight.
We also like the close location to the two of the ski lifts at Heavenly Stagecoach & Boulder. We can literally walk across the street and jump on the ski shuttle. You can being skiing in just minutes. No hassle with finding parking.
Our unit is quite and very cozy. Our condo complex is kept extremely well maintained. Pool and Jacuzzi across the parking lot.
You can drive down the hill in 5-10 minutes and be in the heart of the casinos, shopping and awesome restaurants. There are several Great Lake beaches and so many hiking and bike trails to enjoy.
Its a little piece of heaven from the hustle of our everyday lives.
We hope that you come away with that same feeling of being refreshed and happy.
