At 30 meters from a creek with sandy beach accessible to strollers by an inclined plane.

5 minutes from the center of Pouliguen and 10 minutes from La Baule.

On the ground floor, beautiful living room opening onto the front garden, with direct access to the kitchen overlooking the back garden with terrace, bedroom, shower room, separate toilet, large game room office overlooking the garden.
On the floor, 4 rooms of which one communicating, an independent TOILET, 2 small bathrooms of which one with TOILET.
At the same time nature with the proximity of the shops of Pouliguen accessible by bike, and all the cultural and sports offer of La Baule.
Pets are not accepted.
