It was a great property, clean and comfortable. Alex was friendly and helpful. It is very close to town, In a pleasant neighborhood. If there was one thing to improve, it would be the quality of the bed linen, which was old and stained.

Great location

The house is located in a quiet, quaint "old Florida" neighborhood. There is plenty of parking and it is within walking distance of downtown. The home has lots of vintage charm but nicely updated and is bright and open. Downstairs is the living area plus 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is an additional bedroom and bath upstairs. We stayed there for a family wedding with college age kids and grandma and the house worked well for everyone. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Filth

This house was DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. I can't believe Vrbo will allow this house for rent. The guy who we dealt with was very unprofessional and arrogant. The cabinets, bathrooms, linens, dishes were dirty the beds had old blood stains and roach legs. They want to charge top dollar to stay in a roach motel. I DO NOT recommend to staying at this house.

wonderful house and location

This house was more than accommodating for my family. There are bedrooms on the first floor and plenty of xtra sleeping space on the next level. We enjoyed sitting on the patios and walking both in the neighborhood and although we drove the short distance to downtown, could have walked to restaurants. The owner was local, which I like in case of emergency, but we had no issues, just a nice time!

Space to spread

There was a total of 7 adults. We had enough beds and space for people to spread. We were not on top of each other. The property was centrally located which was convenient. We made breakfast every morning which was very helpful. The only downside was the laundry was outside in the garage.

A great house to enjoy Gainesville with friends

An amazing and comfortable house. A little off the beaten trail, but close to downtown and a great set up for multiple guests, even couples.
