WHERE YOU SLEEP
Two queen bedrooms anchor the main floor, each bright and comfortably appointed for restful nights after long beach days. A dedicated kids' bunk room with twin over twin and trundle gives families space to spread out without compromise. Two full bathrooms complete the layout. One features a walk in shower, the other a tub combo, and an outdoor rinse station handles the grit so nobody tracks the shoreline inside. Family friendly from top to bottom.

THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
This is where Fort Myrtle truly distinguishes itself. A shaded downstairs entertainment lounge with bar seating, a double swing, cornhole, bocce, oversized Jenga, and hammock space strung between the oaks. Two generous decks offer a morning coffee perch and a golden hour cocktail view (we encourage using both). Fire up the Weber charcoal grill for a summer cookout or go full Lowcountry with the included propane burner and stock pot for a proper boil under the trees.

Walk to Whaley's when the appetite arrives. Bay Creek Park, the Edisto Marina, and public shoreline access are all within easy reach. Want a city afternoon? Charleston sits under an hour away with historic downtown, galleries, world class dining, and seasonal events worth the drive.

BOATERS AND ANGLERS
Generous boat trailer parking on site with easy access to the marina, tidal creeks, inshore fishing, and nearby island hopping. Chase redfish and trout at first light, watch the sky shift colors from the water that evening. This is the property you bring your vessel to.

PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Room for four vehicles plus boat trailer accommodations. Self entry via lockbox keeps your arrival seamless and stress free.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bed linens and bath towels should be brought from home or rented locally (we will connect you with a provider). Golf carts are permitted on the property but rented separately per Town of Edisto Beach guidelines. Supply your own toiletries, paper products, and charcoal or propane for grilling. Pet friendly: one small to medium dog is welcome with prior approval.
