Great spot

The house was just as described. Very spacious for a group of 4 adults. The sun porch was awesome and we enjoyed the cornhole. The beach access was so close and right across the street. Perfect for the price.

Rich Tymes

My family and I had a great time at Edisto Beach! Rich Tymes wasn’t anything fancy, but was a sweet beach cottage. The location was perfect to the beach and all restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the screened porch for mornings and evenings! We will stay here again!

Location!

We loved the location of this house! The upstairs/living area is a little old and outdated, but the location of the house makes up for it. The screened in porch on the bottom is very nice. Loved the beach access directly across from the house.

Great location for Spring Break!

We loved this house and it’s location! The kitchen was well equip with everything we needed. The tankless water heater made getting showers no hassle because everyone had hot water. The screened in porch was great! Very short easy walk to the beach. The massage therapist next door is phenomenal. The mattresses were a little worn out and hard for my liking. Overall great house, great experience.

Nice, clean place great location

I liked this place. It was comfortable and clean with everything in working order and having a great location across from a beach access point. I thought the one bathroom would be a problem, but as there were only two of us it wasn't. I don't think it would be an issue with even 4 people tbh. The AC and all appliances worked great. The deck gets sun all day, so we often used it for sunning vs going to the beach. The location makes it just as easy to ride the bike paths on the south end as it was to ride to and do the environmental center bike paths. Make sure you take a firestick/roku if you want to watch streaming services - although there is internet and wifi, there are no TV apps.

just include a couple items

We've never rented from a place that didn't include the basics to keep your property clean. Expecting cleanliness and not providing trash bags, dish soap, or even a sponge is ridiculous. Maybe an extra roll of paper towels? Renters should provide 99% of their own stuff, but those basics should be at the house if you expect people to be tidy. Having to buy those things is quite silly. thank you.

It’s important to note that most professionally managed rentals on Edisto do not provide all cleaning supplies due to storage limitations and supply challenges associated with our remote location. However, Carolina One Vacation Rentals has worked to increase the storage capacity at our local office, allowing us to offer bed sheets, bath towels, and a complimentary starter kit (including paper products and soaps) for all rentals, which is not a common practice on Edisto. To ensure our guests are well-prepared, we include a list of what to bring on our website, in the initial confirmation email, and in the vacation reminder sent two weeks prior to arrival. Additionally, while we do provide lined trash cans at check-in, we currently do not have the ability to supply trash bags for the duration of each guest's stay. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us enhance the experience for our guests, and we are continually working to expand the amenities we provide. Cute and Close to the Beach

I like a loved beach house, that is cozy and practical and this is it. Just minutes from the beach and plenty of space for just us, but I could see it for families too. We enjoyed our time here and the location is great

Wonderful stay at Edisto Beach

We love visiting Edisto and have stayed at this property twice. It is in a great location and a perfect size for us. My complaints after this visit are that the cleaning service was not as thorough as it has been (dust on lots of furniture, bathroom not as clean, screened porch hadn’t been cleaned—appeared that the cleaning was lacking in any type of detail— the coffee pot needs to be replaced and the stove needs a major cleaning. We would most likely choose this property another time in hopes that some details and updates would be made.
