One of Edisto's Best! This 3 bedroom private home is a nature oasis. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to be within driving distance of the beach, a boat landing, and state park. The boat landing is a 5 minute drive from the home, and provides access to winding rivers or open water. The Paper House is a 6 minute drive to Edisto Beach where you can spend your days relaxing in the sand. Enjoy your evenings on one of the multiple porches or making s'mores at the firepit.

The bright and airy living room and kitchen are a welcoming space to gather with friends and family. The kitchen provides full appliances, including a dishwasher, to create your favorite meal. The master bedroom features a queen bed, porch access, and TV. The modern ensuite bathroom features, a double vanity, spacious shower, and freestanding tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The additional bedrooms have a queen bed and twin over full bunk bed. The second bathroom is located next to the additional bedrooms. The washer/dryer, WIFI, and multiple smart TVs make extended stays possible in this updated home. Under the home, there is a gas grill, and outdoor shower.

The Paper House allows 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dog with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog(s) when you inquire. The propane and cleaning of the grill and firewood are the responsibility of the guests. There are 6 allocated parking spaces. This home is encompassed by nature, please respectful and understanding of local wildlife. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence.

Perfect pet-friendly stay

The house is immaculate and well-suited for hosting pups! We enjoyed nice walks through the neighborhood and afternoons lounging on the deck. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, we cooked a few meals and baked some cookies with no issues! A really great spot, we will be back!

Really nice getaway!

We would definitely come back again. The house has everything that you would need. The lot that the home sits on is a perfect place for families and our dogs. Our dogs loved getting out in the morning and watching the deer. We all enjoyed going in to the ocean and it was especially fun for our grandchildren and dogs in the evening. Very convenient to the ocean.
