Spectacular stunning two-bedroom, ocean view/ocean front villa in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. Entire unit is beautifully renovated and fully equipped with furnishings.

This third-floor unit boasts beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the living room. Just a few steps from the beach and guests have access to two outdoor pools (an adult serenity pool and a family pool), two outdoor hot tubs, a fire pit, and a well-equipped barbecue area with grills, tables and chairs. There a also an indoor pool and fitness center.

Golfing, biking, fishing, tennis, and pickleball are all right in Palmetto Dunes. Three are various activities, amazing restaurants and various other activities on the island.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Great amenities, close to the beach, pool on site and walkable to spots within Palmetto Dunes. The nightlights, hair dryers, and storage were nice additions. We would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

This is a lovely condo. Very clean and newly remodeled bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Beach a very close walk. Palmetto Dunes has great amenities. We rented bikes to easily get around.

2023 Spring Break!

This was our first time in Hilton Head. Roy was a great host and the condo was fantastic! Perfect for our family of 4. The location was great! The kids loved the bike trails, the Slushies and souvenirs at the general store and playing pickleball. Definitely will visit again!

This was our tenth time vacationing in Hilton Head but our first at this villa. It was perfect! Wonderful location, very clean, and communication with the owner was over and above. He checked in to make sure all was okay after we arrived and then when I reached out to him later in the week about a potential issue, he was extremely responsive and had things resolved in a very short time. We will definitely stay here again-highly recommend!

Great condo and amenities in a perfect location!

This condo is spacious, has great updated decor and was perfect for our 3 adults and 2 kids. The balcony is spacious with a second smaller balcony is also off of the second bedroom, which gives you a great space to enjoy coffee or just a little break in the afternoon. They have recently added a new pool/ hot tub and fire pit perfect for roasting s’mores. In addition, we rented bicycles for the entire week and they easily dropped them at the condo for us to use, I definitely suggest this as it gives you a totally different way to explore the area. Pickleball is just a quarter mile a way and you can rent at a very reasonable hourly rental rate. Great stay and highly recommend this condo and resort.

The Villamare is a beautiful facility, gorgeous grounds and well kept. Right on the beach with two beautiful pool areas. This unit was lovely and well appointed with a nice view over the trees into the ocean. Host set us up nicely for check in and communicated in a very timely way.

This condo was beautiful and clean! Beds comfy and furniture as well. Location is key of you are a beach family! Right there! Wish there would have been a Keurig (normal coffee maker) as Im the only one who drinks coffee in fam. but we rode bikes to general store and got a fresh cup. Kitchen is well stocked.

We stayed at the end of May and had a wonderful vacation! The condo is beautiful, quiet, spacious and very clean! Having coffee and eating breakfast looking at the ocean was so relaxing. The owner promptly responded to our questions and kindly sent us a box of cheese and sausage! The beach is beautiful! It is a great place to swim, bike and walk to see the spectacular sunrises! We rented bikes and biked to restaurants and the marina. Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a perfect place for a family vacation.

Our family enjoyed a week in the Unit at Villamare. The recent remodel is nice, Unit is comfortable and had just what our family of 5 needed! The view and convenient access to beach and pool is great.
