Our luxurious 82m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, plus solarium of 25m2, in a new and modern condominium, offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We thought the layout to make you feel good, as at home and have chosen a qualitative equipment. The apartment has a reversible air conditioning, wifi (Portuguese and English channels) satellite TV (French channels). You will have 2 bedrooms, including a master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom and toilet, a large closet and a terrace. The second bedroom is composed of a bed of 140, a cupboard also arranged and a terrace. A second bathroom, toilet, completes the night area. The kitchen is very well equipped for dishes, appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board ). The living room is composed of a sitting area and a dining area, it opens onto a terrace where you can have your meals facing the pool. On the upper terrace, table 6 seats with corner lounge and deckchairs. The pool is reserved for residents. A code will be given to you to access it. You will find in each bathroom the towels of course supplied. In order to avoid you carrying the heavy and bulky beach towel in your suitcase, we will provide you with one per person for the beach, to be returned with the linen at the end of the week. And of course basic products will be present in the kitchen as well as cleaning products. The Tavira region is preserved from concreting and damage caused by mass tourism, buildings are not more than 3 floors. The region reveals, like that of Faro, the landscape of a lagoon, where stretch beautiful beaches accessible by boat. Other very picturesque beaches like Praia do Barril, the village of Pedras d'el Rei, Luz de Tavira, Cancela Velha, hamlet nestled around the ruins of a medieval fortress. Tavira, cited in 37 churches, is a cultural heritage of rare beauty. For golfers: Golf "Benamor Golf" 5 minutes from the apartment, Equestrian ride: Tavira Equestrian. Nearby train station for Faro, Lisbon, Villa Real (Spanish border). Supermarket, pharmacy, lingerie, bars and restaurants are also just minutes away. For shopaholics: Continent shopping center with its beautiful shopping mall 3 km from the apartment. In Tavira do not miss the mercado, you will find all kinds of fresh fish, and fruits and vegetables directly from the producers. We acquired this apartment after discovering the beautiful region that is the Algarve. We are retired, and have decided to offer it for rent for periods when our children and we can not enjoy it.
