This was our first time to this part of Portugal. Overall our stay was excellent, the apartment is big, spacious and very clean . The roof top area is excellent. Our hosts were not there to meet us upon arrival, however that was a very easy process . The pool area is very clean and some new sunbeds have been added during our stay . The place itself is very quiet at night time .. The walk to Cabanas was a little bit further than we expected ( 25 mins). We were with older kids so it wasn’t too bad . Around the complex there a no immediate facilities shops/ coffee shops. This is a 10 month walk away. Overall we had a lovely stay in the apartment, and would recommend. Our hosts gave us a late check out by 1 hour which really helped us out . Best of luck !!

We very much enjoyed the comfort of the apartment. The set up and amenities all worked well. Clearer and more specific info regarding entry and functioning of appliances would be helpful on arrival. We were disappointed that the advertised elevator service was not working and would have appreciated prior knowledge before our final payment in February. Nonetheless, we loved the location: a quiet neighbourhood but close to shops, restaurants, tourist sites and beaches. A lovely spot to spend our vacation.

The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything that you could need. The beds were very comfortable as was the sofa in the living room. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay again soon.

We stayed here for four weeks. Apartment was well equipped with every thing you would need. Complex is very nice and well cared for. The rooftop terraces very nice with a great view. Location was good and we had a car so getting around was easy. Cabanas had lots of nice restaurants and is a pleasant spot to walk. About a 8 minute drive to the old town of Tavira which is a must see.There was mould in the ensuite shower which we had to clean to remove. There was also mould in the second bedroom. We have advised the owners of this as I believe it will require professional attention to deal with it. The elevator had been not operational for quite so time and while the owners offered us a refund it was disclosed to us too close to arrival to make alternative plans.

2 couples enjoyed a peaceful holiday

The property was in a quiet location but within 15 minutes walk of several bars and restaurants. Supermarket was also close to get provisions. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Living area also very good. We breakfast in the balcony in the morning and also used the solarium with 4 sunbeds every day. The kitchen is very well equipped. I would definitely stay again in this area.

Tavira and Cabanas

We have stayed closer to Tavira previously and knew cabanas area .This area is perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday.The apartment is absolutely beautiful and equiped with everything you can need even beach towels , parasols and beach seats. It is a modern and clean apartment with modern kitchen equipment even washing machine pods.on arrivsl there was wine and water in the fridge which was very welcome. The roof terrace is smaxing and has panoramic views of the coast line perfect for evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend a trip to Cacela Velha if you get a chance

Excellent apartment in Conceicao

Lovely top floor apartment with private sun terrace above and sunny balcony off the lounge that overlooks the pool. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. French-speaking local management stretched our language capabilities a little but was very helpful and efficient. Nice quiet location with decent supermarket, chemist and cafes/restaurants nearby. Main resort of Cabanas is about a 20-minute walk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Merci beaucoup Jocelyne and Francis!

Lovely property with excellent facilities

We stayed in Gerard & Jocelyne’s property at the beginning of July. It’s a fantastic property, equipped with lots of personal touches. It’s modern and very homely and it was very clean. We loved the roof terrace and the pool was lovely as well. Anna met us and was really helpful. There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away which has everything you need. It’s approximately 20 minutes walk into Cabanas. The local train station is 5 minutes walk, you can travel into Tavira & the other coastal resorts. We would definitely stay here again & didn’t want to leave!

High standards maintained

As returning guests to this apartment we were expecting to be completely satisfied with the accommodation. The owners and local management set a very high standard for cleanliness, comfort and amenity. As a penthouse apartment, the spacious accommodation provides a peaceful location with the benefit of a large roof terrace. It is well equipped for self-catering and is conveniently located with easy access to the local seaside village of Cabanas and the town of Tavira. We were very pleased to spend the last 9 nights of a three week holiday in theAlgarve here and will definitely return.

Absolutely The Best!

Everything was as posted. The quality of the linens and towels plus furniture were all high quality. Ana was a great help during our stay. The location, right by the CP train was quick and easy to travel along the Algarve. The apartment had all the appliances required for a long term stay. I even baked a cake and some muffins while we were there. We biked along the trails to Cabanas and Travira almost everyday. Very convenient location with fabulous restaurants and a very good grocery store with warm and friendly staff, 5 minute walk away. Everything we needed. Even a lovely Church that we attended on Good Friday! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cabanas de Tavira

Stunning apartment exactly as described. The cleanliness and thoughtful amenities provided a luxurious and comfortable experience. Communication with the owners was exceptional, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. They were responsive and provided all necessary information, making the experience effortless and convenient. The apartment's design and furnishings were impeccable. The master suite offered a serene retreat with a comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom was equally inviting, with ample storage space and a cosy ambiance. The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, made meal preparation a pleasure. The living room and dining area were tastefully decorated and opened up to a terrace overlooking the pool. It was a delightful experience to enjoy meals while taking in the peaceful ambiance. The rooftop terrace provided an elevated view and a perfect spot to relax with comfortable seating The pool, exclusively for residents, was a true oasis, and provided a private and serene environment for relaxation under the warm Algarve sun. In conclusion, my stay in this luxurious apartment was exceptional. The owners' commitment to cleanliness, excellent communication, and attention to detail were evident throughout. Un incroyable séjour ! Tout était parfait. Les équipements sont nombreux et bien plus encore.La vue du solarium est juste sublime.La piscine est un énorme atout. Gute Größe für 4 Personen,super Dachterrasse und Balkon. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Strand cabanas ist sehr schön und im Vergleich zu den anderen Stränden nicht so voll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Allerdings sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden,dass der Aufzug immer noch defekt ist. War für uns kein Problem,aber es hätte ja auch jemand mit Beeinträchtigungen anreisen können. Und es wäre schön,wenn der Pool abends länger als 20h zu nutzen wäre,aber das steht nicht in der Macht des Vermieters.

Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Genug Geschirr und Besteck, sodass die Spülmaschine auch voll gemacht werden kann. Die Betten sind bequem nicht durchgelegen und warm (wir waren an Weihnachten hier)Der Blick vom rooftop ist genial.Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber.Jocyelin und Ana waren telefonisch oder per Mail jederzeit erreichbar.Wir waren schon oft in Ferienwohnungen in Portugal...die von Jocelyne war die Beste und wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Und zur Begrüßung gibt's lecker Wein Grüße Claudia

A estadia foi uma experiência ótima, o apartamento está muito bem localizado, tem umas vistas fantásticas sobre a ilha de Cabanas e do mar e também sobre a piscina. A casa está muito bem equipada, as camas são muito confortáveis e os equipamentos na cozinha funcionam todos nas melhores condições. O ar condicionado é uma excelente opção, tornou a estadia muito confortável numa semana em que as temperaturas estiveram sempre acima dos 30 graus Celsius. A máquina de café é uma excelente surpresa para quem, como eu, gosta muito de café, comprei algumas cápsulas no hipermercado e tirei bom proveito da máquina de café. Aproveitamos também os guarda-sóis que se encontram na lavandaria, foram muito úteis para 4 pessoas terem sempre sombra na praia. O solário é fabuloso, fizemos lá vários almoços e jantares em família e aproveitamos o espaço para jogar uns jogos de tabuleiro ao final da tarde. O toldo elétrico é muito útil e, juntamente com o guarda-sol permitiu-nos sempre tomar o pequeno almoço no terraço. Muito agradável. Há sempre lugar de estacionamento disponível em frente à entrada do empreendimento. Ficamos muito agradados com a estadia e ficamos com vontade de regressar em futuras férias a Cabanas e ao apartamento.

Ana cuida do nosso apartamento com muito profissionalismo e não temos queixas do seu trabalho (leia os comentários deixados pelos nossos veranistas, em particular pelo nosso último veranista. Não podemos dizer o mesmo sobre você. Ana me mandou fotos, Você deixou o apartamento tão bagunçado e sujo que ficamos com muita raiva, Pratos sujos, guardanapos manchados, latas de lixo não descartadas, restos de comida na frigideira…. Você entenderá que não queremos mais receber pessoas sujas e desrespeitosas como você. Gostaria de informar que informamos o site da Abritel sobre esta situação. Acho que isso é uma pequena vingança da Ana pela pouca diferença no horário de lançamento. Somos muito apegados ao nosso apartamento que decoramos com cuidado para que os hóspedes possam ter excelentes férias, isso nos entristece muito. Jocelyne

Excelente ... Realmente quando a proprietaria refere cuide da minha casa como se fosse sua... Compreende se tem tudo como se tivesse em casa, bem cuidada e decorada. Apenas o chuveiro da casa de banho podia ser substituido ja que so numa posicao deita agua e muito pouca
