This apartment was completely reconstructed and refurbished by us. It is new with 1 bedroom with a double bed, a lounge wth a sofa bed (turns into 2 single beds if necessary) a 40 inch TV set, cable TV with 65 channels, free Wifi, DVD player and various DVDs available. . The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher machine and all the necessary kitchenware (pans, pots, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc). The bathroom is very pleasant, new and modern. Ideal for leisure or to work from home (reliable internet).

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.

We were most impressed with this location, right on the doorstep of Ria Formosa Nat Park. The views from the front windows and terrace are world class and the birdlife is amazing. If anything I feel these aspects were understated in the ad.The apartment served our needs comfortably for our 2 month winter stay. The area was very quiet, safe and well maintained. For me, the ultimate measure is value for money and I certainly feel totally satisfied with our rental.The property owner, Carlos, is most attentive and promptly dealt with our inquiries. You're in good hands with this guy.any issue that may arise.

4 Wochen in einem gemütlichen Appartement - empfehlenswert

Das Appartement ist klein und effizient ausgestattet. Beschreibung passt. Die Fensterfront, Richtung Ria Formosa, läßt vormittags Sonne herein. Am Nachmittag hatte ich gern die Eingangstür offen. An kühlen Abenden wärmt die Klimaanlage. Außerdem steht ein kleiner, abgegrenzter Terrassenbereich zur Verfügung. Die Duschkabine ist eher klein, aber die Option einer Regendusche war toll. Wer gern kocht, ist gut in der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche aufgehoben. Leider ist der Mini Backofen zum Brotbacken zu klein. Ablagemöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden. Nur eine Garderobe fehlte mir persönlich. Die Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr vielfältig. Die Küchenarbeitsplatte könnte, zum Gemüse schneiden, gern etwas intensiver ausgeleuchtet sein. Der Gastgeber Carlos widmet sich mit Herzblut seinen Gästen, beantwortet Fragen freundlich und entgegenkommend, gibt vor dem Check In jede Menge Informationen und auch bei auftretenden Problemen handelt er zeitnah und effektiv. Vielen Dank nochmal. Positiv überrascht, hat mich die unerwartete wöchentliche Reinigung des Appartements. Sehr angenehm empfand ich auch die Inklusive Leistungen, wie den beschrankten Parkplatz und Karten für die Bahn zum Strand. Bei Bedarf können in der Ferien Anlage 2 Waschmaschinen👍, Kosten 5€, und ein Trockner genutzt werden. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, darunter auch ein Biohof/Laden, sind mit dem Fahrrad (15-20min) erreichbar. Zum Schluss noch der Hinweis, die Wände sind sehr dünn!

Als wir ankamen, fanden wir eine laute Baustelle vor. In der Nachbarwohnung wurden die Wände mit Bohrhämmern aufgestemmt. Die Wohnung war nicht nutzbar. Carlos war über die Baustelle nicht informiert worden. Er hat auf unseren Anruf sofort reagiert und uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert eine andere Wohnung organisieren können, in der wir unsre gesamte Woche verbracht haben. Er hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt. Ein erholsamer Urlaub für uns lag ihm am Herzen, obwohl war gar nicht mehr in seiner Wohnung waren. Wir waren ihm sehr dankbar.

An ideal location near Tavira

I would like to send Carlos a special thanks for his support to our enquiries before and during our stay. We really enjoyed the studio flat in Pedras d’El Rei; it was clean and cozy. The village offers several amenities and commuting to and from the beach is a pleasant experience either on foot through the natural reserve or with the dedicated little ‘train’ now converted for tourism. I recommend this place.

Sehr sauber und ordentlich . Einrichtung wie neu. Sehr gute Messer und neuer Ceranfeldherd. Ausreichend viele Töpfe und Pfannen. Toaster vorhanden. Badezimmer mit "Po-Dusche". Betten gut. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter Carlos Gomes. Spricht sehr gut Englisch.

O apartamento está muito bem recuperado, moderno e confortável. O anfitrião foi sempre prestável e solícito. A localização é boa porque é face à ria, mas bastante afastada do centro. Devia estar claro no anúncio que há dois lanços altos de escada para subir, com degraus bastante estreitos, e que a casa não tem Wi-Fi.

Isso não altera o facto que estou a planear instalar WI-FI no apartamento, apesar de estar disponível em alguns locais das Pedras del Rei nomeadamente na sala da Recepção e no Nora Bar. Já agora informo que tenho um outro apartamento (apt 207) no mesmo bloco e que fica no rés-do-chão. Volte sempre

o apartamento estava muito bem equipado com tudo o que precisávamos . O isolamento térmico era bastante bom e quase não foi preciso utilizar o AC que de qualquer maneira era bastante eficaz. O Carlos revelou se um anfitrião super prestável e atencioso. Tivémos umas férias maravilhosas.

Boa experiência

A casa está muito bem localizada. Perto do comboio que dá acesso à praia e num local do condomínio bastante sossegado. O apartamento reúne as condições necessárias para umas férias tranquilas. Está bem equipado, permite realizar refeições, é bastante confortável. Creio que o apartamento é pequeno para 4 pessoas. O proprietário foi bastante disponível e simpático. Quanto ao condomínio Pedras del rey apresenta zonas bastante degragadas e outras nem por isso. Na zona exterior e circundante ao apartamento havia bastantes baratas . Reportei diversas vezes a situação junto da recepção, foi me transmitido que iriam fazer desifestacao mas, na verdade não o fizeram. No geral foi uma boa experiência.

Obrigado pelos seus comentários. Com efeito surgiram baratas nas Pedras del Rei talvez devido ao mês de Julho mais quente desde há dezenas de anos. Já foi feita a desinfestação que vai ser repetida. Concordo que o apartamento é pequeno para 4 adultos principalmente neste período em que as pessoas tendem a sair menos. É no entanto ideal para um casal com 2 filhos pequenos. Voltem sempre,

Appartement très agréable bien placé

Joli appartement bien agencé et joliment décoré, tout neuf! À 5 minutes du train qui amène à la plage do Barril. Places de parking ( carte gratuite avec le logement) juste devant l’appartement. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et explications claires. Formalités d’arrivée simples et efficaces.

A fantastic place to stay .

Lovely location near train to beach. Can walk but querky train loved it. Very clean and friendly. Fantastic beach. Well kept surroundings. Pool lovely and quite, with plenty of sun loungers. Highly recommend this holiday place.
