Between the update in 2019 and the remodel in 2021, not a single square inch of the condo remains untouched! This easily makes it one of the nicest, most updated condos on Panama City Beach! Everything has been replaced or updated to include new lighting and electrical, freshly repainted walls, brand new cabinets and door hardware, brand new countertops, new completely remodeled bathrooms, new tub/showers, all new flooring, all new indoor and outdoor furniture, new plumbing fixtures, all new appliances, new 4K TV's in all rooms, new closet doors, new wall hangings and artwork, new draperies, all new kitchenware, and the list goes on. Our Spacious 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Penthouse, on the 22nd floor, features stunning views of the Gulf from the massive balcony that spans the entire width of the condo with access from both the Living Area and the Master Bedroom. Since our unit is a west-corner penthouse it even offers stunning gulf/city/sunset views from the side window in the front bedroom as well. Twin Palms is a smaller tower that only includes a little over 100 units with only 5 units per floor. This allows the building to be generally very cozy and quiet and 2201 is an end unit with very little foot traffic. Relax by the beautiful spacious pool, the outdoor hot tub, or the indoor hot tub during the winter months. The pool deck is beautifully landscaped and offers plenty of seating and direct access to the beach boardwalk. From the beach it's a short walk to either Pineapple Willy's for a quick bite or even the M.B. Miller Pier. Twin Palms is also close to many other activities including Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, and Wonderworks. There are many fantastic bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. We are also just 5 miles away from Pier Park, a huge outdoor shopping mall with tons of fun things to do including the Giant Panama City SkyWheel (Ferris Wheel)!

Condo Amenities:

Each bedroom has been beautifully redone with our beach mid-century flair from the meticulously chosen furniture to the splashes of color in the new artwork. They both include King-Sized Beds and plenty of storage space in the closets and dressers. Both bedrooms also feature new 55" 4K TV's in addition to the new 65" 4K TV in the living room. All TV's have cable access in addition to enabled smart features including built-in Chromecasts. This will give you access to anything you could want to cast from your smartphone including Netflix, Amazon Prime, or even YouTube for those nights you just want to stay in and watch a movie! This is all achieved over the free High-Speed Wireless access included with your rental. We have a brand new mid-century modern couch and loveseat in the living room and there is plenty of space for the queen air mattress located in the front bathroom closet. The condo with the air mattress can easily sleep six adults or kids comfortably, but is definitely tailored more towards a small family or two couples. Each bedroom includes it's own full bathroom which has been appropriately updated to match the decor with all new hardware and fixtures! The Dining Room features seating for six to include a breakfast bar that has seating for four. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances and all new kitchenware! This includes a new 12-cup Cuisinart Drip Coffee Maker, Ninja Blender, Toaster, and full set of Cookware. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer to include an iron and ironing board for all your laundry needs. We look forward to having you stay with us down at the beach!
