Welcome to Celadon Beach Resort 2202—our home on the beach! Both the living room and beachfront master suite feature sliding glass doors directly onto the spacious, private balcony where you can enjoy the seaside air and the calming sound of the waves! The morning views from the living room and beach-front master bedroom are awesome, wildlife can be seen daily, the color of the water is indescribable, and the sunsets are out of this world!

Celadon 2202 has an open floor plan with two king bed suites. The beach-front master bath has 2 vanities and the second master contains a single vanity and can be accessed from the hall by all guests. The private bunkroom is great for kids and features a twin bed atop a full-sized bed for a little extra sleeping space. 2202 is outfitted with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. 3 flat-screen TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. A DVD player is provided in the living room as well. The condo has a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, and range. Linens, bath towels, hair dryers, beach towels and beach supplies are also provided.

Beachside lounge chairs come with the condo from March 1 through October 31 (would cost ~$180 weekly). The chairs and high speed Wi-Fi are offered at no extra charge! White-washed tile floors are found throughout. Granite countertops, updated furniture, stainless steel appliances and kitchen accessories (pots, pans and dishes) make this condo like-new!

You will love the convenience of our check-in. You can drive straight to our condo with no need to check in elsewhere. We simply email you the keyless entry door code and you and all your family members have access to the condo without the hassle of worrying about a check-in or worrying about a key! Parking is $45 per vehicle per stay (maximum 30-day stay) in the Celadon parking garage and is accessible via an enclosed walkway.

Celadon sits directly on the beach where you are literally steps from the sand. Celadon is on the prestigious, quieter, family-friendly west end of Panama City Beach and is 15 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (airport code ECP in Panama City) and is just minutes from Frank Brown Park and the fun at Pier Park where you find shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Celadon has 2 pools: 1 heated indoor/outdoor pool and 1 beach-side pool. There are also 2 hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, shuffle board, and 2 picnic/grilling areas. Celadon also has a clubhouse suitable for special events which may be rented from the owners’ association.

You have a numbers of options from bikes to boats with convenient access to jet skis, para sailing, kayaking, deep sea/inshore and pier fishing and dolphin tours. Celadon is also near several golf courses, diving, sail boat rentals, dog racing, and more. Your vacation can be as good as you can imagine!

Applicable taxes and cleaning fees are added to each reservation. You will be responsible for any damage to the condo caused by you or your party during your stay.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION
- Minimum 7 night rental – Saturday to Saturday. Inquire about shorter rental periods during off peak dates.
- Check-in is Saturday after 3:00 pm and check-out no later than Saturday at 10:00 am
- Children and families welcome.
- HOA Policy: Must be age 25 to rent. Age verification is required. The person renting the property must also be the primary occupant.
- Maximum occupancy: 6
- No student rentals. No smoking. No pets. No exceptions.
