Summary:
This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has everything you'll will need! We are two blocks from beautiful Downtown Kalamazoo, Bronson Park and all that Kalamazoo has to offer! We recently added a full game room to our 3rd floor. Old school arcade style game centers (Pac Man, Tetris, Moral Combat, NBA Jam and More! You'll be able to walk to the downtown parks and enjoy all of the shops and restaurants in minutes.

We're footsteps from WMU, Bronson Hospital, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, library, parks, breweries & more

The Space:
With plenty of space, 8 TV's, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3rd floor game room and the open main floor, this space is perfect for a girl's night out, game night, graduation stay for parents or the like. Plenty of space to spread out in this home. If you want to enjoy downtown and all of its amenities? This is the place for you.

We renovated this space with your entertainment in mind. The living room opens up into the dining room and kitchen. This allows groups to have the space they desire while ensuring no one misses any of the fun. The living room has a 55" tv with Roku a couch and (2) chairs.

The dining room has a 60" wide fireplace, 55" tv, dining table and seating for 7.

The kitchen is set up for the cook in the group. High end appliances lots of countertop space and all the utensils you'll need.

Fast WiFi and washer/dryer on main floor.

Guest will be given a door code prior to check-in

Walk to one of Kalamazoo's top coffee shops (Crow's Nest), park for kids 1 block west, breakfast , lunch and dinner restaurants, shops and more all walking distance from this home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the rental. The setup was perfect for a family - separate rooms for the kids and an upstairs arcade to let them play while the adults hung out in the main area. The karaoke machine was also a hit! Location was good for walking to the downtown area for shopping and food.

We stayed in Jeremy’s place for a tennis tournament. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants. The place is well decorated and Jeremy and Katie have literally thought of everything! We felt right at home and would love to come back when in K-Zoo!

Well maintained house in a great location, walkable to lots of downtown restaurants and attractions. Super fun arcade and karaoke

My adult daughter lives in Kzoo but doesn’t have the room to host for a full on Easter dinner. The arcade house was perfect for us. The young people could go to the game room while mom was preparing the feast. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a roasting pan! Each night of our visit we walked the 15 minutes to the downtown area with a nice park, cute shops and bars and restaurants. We also spent about 6 hours at the very well done air zoo.
