Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage. All new furnishings and appliances Spring 2019. Enough parking to bring your boat and the landing is 1 block away. Enjoy Shem creeks famous restaurants and nightlife. There are 18 restaurants, 2 coffee shops and a beverage super store all just a short walk from your home away from home. With outdoor TV for those fall football games this home has much to offer. The beaches of Sullivans island and Isle of Palms are 10 and 12 minutes drive while historic Charleston is only 15 minutes away. Pet Friendly with a fenced in back yard you will not be disappointed. Great location & comfortable stay!

My family had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The house is in a great location that allowed us to walk to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!

Great house great location

Tons to do in the area and all within walking distance. House was clean and beds comfortable. Next time we're in Charleston we'll definitely look to book this spot again.

Great Location

Located within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops on Shem Creek. Easy access to downtown and various beaches. Property is functional and easy to live in. Overall positive experience.
