Semi-detached house in the heart of a typical village of La Piège. 120 m² spread over two levels. Downstairs a large living room (kitchen - dining room - living room) and toilets. Level of full foot on the garden with terrace and swimming pool. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom.

Excellent starting point to radiate on the area: channel of the midi, Carcassonne, Pyrenees, Cathar castles, Toulouse, escapades for the day in the bos of the mediterrannée, etc.

Very calm environment. Night swimming prohibited. No party. Our animal friends are not accepted.
