The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Kindly tie all garbage bags and place them in the black plastic drum by the laundry room instead of the blue drum by the street side. We will get it from there.
Kindly turn off all lights, a/c units, and coffee maker. Please look out for your chargers on the wall outlets.
There is no need to strip the beds, housekeeping will take care of that.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
POOL RULES: - This is a vinyl lined, above the ground swimming pool. It is approximately 4 feet deep all around. - NO DIVING ALLOWED.
- No jumping from the deck into the pool - children can swim with adult supervision only - no lifeguard on duty - no eating in the pool
- do not bring sharp objects into the pool. - do not open or play with the chlorine tablet dispenser that floats in the pool.

Great home base for San Ignacio!

Great location for us to base our adventures in San Ignacio! Our hosts were attentive and were quick to respond to any issues we had! The pool was an excellent bonus that we used every night! Highly recommend staying here for San Ignacio

Check in couldn't have been easier. Terry, the host, was in contact with us while we were there and went the extra mile and gave us complimentary snacks and drinks. We didn't have any issues during our short stay. The pool was a great and relaxing amentity, especially after coming back from a tour in the hot month of August. Thank you, Terry, for a memorable stay!

Private and peaceful

The pool was wonderful after a hot day of exploring! The layout was perfect for 2 couples plus 2 teens. Having laundry available was fantastic. Only thing that could have made it better would be access to a barbecue. We'd also highly recommend doing a tour with their tour company, Cayo Inland.

Great place to stay in San Ignacio!

Perfect home away from home to explore San Ignacio. Located in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and sounds. We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s place. Terry was kind, helpful and attentive. The pool was a definite asset after hot days exploring. Laundry facilities were much appreciated. Short walk to grocery store, town, restaurants etc. Very convenient to have Cayo Expeditions pick us up right at the house for tours. We loved our stay here!

Great location close to town and sites. Owner has a tour company-Cayo Inland Adventure tours which we used to go on excellent excursions. You get a discount if staying at the house. The house was clean with lots of amenities and a refreshing pool for cooling off during the hot days.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here while in San Ignacio. We booked with Terry for our transportation to and from here which was great. Kids loved having the pool. We loved the location, was a little outside of the main area and still in walking distance. It was easy to get a taxi if needed.

Hilltop Villa

We had a wonderful time in San Ignacio. The check in was simple and the house was clean. We booked our excursions through the owners and received a discount. Onil was our tour guide for all the excursions we did and he was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The pool was nice to lounge in after a full day of fun in the sun.

Excellent San Ignacio Choice

This property is extremely clean and pleasant. I felt it was an excellent choice for the price. The above ground pool off a nice deck is clean and refreshing. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and comfortable with comfortable mattresses. The rest of the house is not air conditioned but has numerous fans. We did not have a car and walked into town but the walk back is uphill and we often got a cab or scheduled a ride back especially in the dark.

Perfect!

This home was perfect for my family! The home was clean, secure, and spacious for our party of 6. We loved the private pool and very much enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoon and evening. We are so glad we chose to stay at this property!

Kids loved the pool, the rooms were spacious and everyone was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the grocery store was right down the road. Hostess was excellent and very helpful! Would stay here again anytime! Highly recommend!

Since the time of the reservation, our host was very helpful, attentive, and thoughtful through the email communication. Even after the cancellation of the reservation due to the tropical storm Sara, she was very sweet, helpful and understanding!! I would definitely recommend her and her property.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this house just outside of San Ignacio. Three of us, adult friends, each had our own bedroom in a nice property with a great pool. It was a 20 to 25 minute walk in to town, or an inexpensive taxi ride. Communication with the owner was pretty good. We had one issue with a bedroom AC unit not working, and they had it replaced pretty quickly.

Spring Break 2024

We stayed at Terry's house for a portion of our trip. The location was a ways up the hill which was perfect for us. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and the views were fantastic. After exploring the area during the day it was refreshing to comeback and watch the sunset from the pool.

Lovely property. Owners close by should quests need anything. Comfortable beds, laundry facilities on site. Beautiful view. Transportation easy to find or walking is a choice also. Pool was refreshing and a welcome cool off after visiting the ruins in Belize.

Together with her husband John Paul, they own and manage a local tour company called Cayo Inland Expeditions, and they offer guided, professional tours to all the tourist attractions visitors come to see in this area.

Terry loves Italian food, enjoys watching action movies and reading love stories.
