The host was very accommodating. She responded quickly with resolution to all our concerns. Assisted us in getting to the house. Great location for all the different activities we were doing.
Nicole was very responsive. House was walking distance to town and she connected us with a great tour operator. San Ignacio very safe, but house is also very secure. Thanks Nicole!!!

Great value, nice location near grocery stores and restaurants, quick drive to town center. The house was clean and well stocked with coffee and cooking supplies too. Thanks for a great stay!
The check in was easy. We appreciated the fenced yard as we had children with us so it made us feel a smidge safer. Easy to get to the best parts of town like the highway and the market. We were there for a short time so we did not get to use the kitchen amenities but we appreciated all the things they had that we could use.

The property was in a perfect location— close to the town center and with beautiful views. The house felt very homey and was equipped with fun games/ TV. The host was extremely responsive and amazing for providing food/ excursion recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here!

Much appreciated, Carlos! Would love to host you again!
Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay.
Easy, hassle free check-in. Clean, central location.
Just be prepared for a neighbor’s rooster that starts crowing right outside your window at 3am every morning and doesn’t stop until sunrise! Also there is no hot water which probably doesn’t usually matter unless you happen to be there on a chilly couple of days like we were!

Hi Jamie! Being in Belize, you’ll hear the sounds of nature everywhere even if you’re smack dab in town sometimes ☺️-this is the first i’ve heard of a rooster though. Thanks for the heads up! 😃As far as hot water, there is hot water in both bathrooms- so this seems to be something that we could have checked out or helped with had we been made aware of. It would be a pleasure to host you again whenever you do decide to return. Cheers!
The living room needs AC it’s too hot the fan didn’t work it was blowing hot air. And the kitchen .
My kids and I enjoyed the house that was our first time in Cayo and they love it. We plan on going back. It was a lot of bush fire so we couldn’t do any activity because my child asthma would flare up.
Great house. We visited in early June and it was Very Hot. There is no AC in the main living areas. That made it Very difficult to be at the house to hang out and to cook. When we finally bucked up and just functioned in our sweat that was fine but everyone really wanted to sequester themselves to their rooms to be cool. Sleeping was wonderful and cool.
We loved staying in this house. Everything was ready for us when we got there. Nicole was also quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was going great. She also helped set up tours of Tikal and ATM Cave with CAT Belize Mayaland Tours. It was so helpful and put us at ease knowing it was a company she recommended and trusted. There are so many to choose from, she took the stress out of our planning. Having a washer and dryer was also a bonus to clean clothes before we stayed at the beach for the second half of our trip. We would definitely stay again and recommend the location to others! Thank you, Nicole!!
The home was a good fit for our family of 5. There is no air conditioning in the living room, which was uncomfortable. So, my husband, 21 year old son, and I spent a good deal of time on the porch playing cards. There was a pleasant breeze most days that kept us comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We could drive 5-10 to good food and coffee. We didn't walk much in the neighborhood, as there are no sidewalks and since our road was paved, a lot of cars and bikes would fly through to reach the main roads.
Our family (5 adults, 1 toddler) rented the house for 4 days while vacationing in Belize, and it was a great experience, overall. The three bedroom setup worked well for our group, and each room had its own AC unit which was wonderful after a day out in the heat. The kitchen came with some basic items, including coffee, and the grocery stores were close by. We had two cars for the times we didn’t feel like walking, but most places we went to in the city were a 10-20 minute walk away. The cars fit well in the driveway and there was ample parking on the street. I should also note the hammocks on the front porch were very nice for lazy mornings.Other than that, we had some questions about where things were in the house during our stay, and Nicole was quick to respond and help us out. The house was very inviting, and we got use out of the toys and games that were provided. I’d recommend this house for any group staying in San Ignacio.

Fair
The home was well set up for family's with games and great kitchen and Living room space. However there was only one air conditioning unit in the master bedroom, this cooled that room only. Mattresses in the two additional rooms were so thin you touched the frame when you sat down. We visited in the cool, wet season, 80’s, and the home was very very hot. If you’re tolerant of the heat you will be fine. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views.

Large 3 bedroom rental. AC units in each bedroom, no AC in living room and kitchen area. Some seasonings and supplies in the kitchen and water jug provided. AC in master bed made loud, irregular noises. Constant barling dogs and crowing rooster made sleep elusive. Beds are very hard. Shower fixtures are aged and one is an electrically heated shower head. There are stores and restaurants nearby. Market area on Burns st is a 20min walk. Taxi or car is preferred. Taxi is 10-20BZD.
