In the fishing village of Fuzeta (Olhão), in the middle of Ria Formosa Natural Park, stands the private condominium Del Mar Village.
Situated on the seafront, in a unique territory throughout the Algarve, this development is characterized by a large garden with 7.000 m², swimming pools for adults and children and spacious living areas, large glazing and large balconies designed to give residents a Spectacular views of the lush garden, infinity pools, Ria Formosa lagoon, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Armona.

In this environmentally classed development, located in one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal we have available for vacation rental an excellent apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and balcony with 10 m².

Our south-facing apartment features air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating throughout and spectacular views from the living area.

With a higher level of equipment in all areas, our apartment also has lift access from the garage. It consists of a lobby, bedroom, bathroom and a living area with an open plan kitchen with dining area and a relaxation / entertainment area.

The living area has direct access to the 10 m² south facing balcony, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers and with spectacular views of the lush garden, infinity pools, Ria Formosa lagoon, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Armona A perfect place to hang out with a cocktail or an al fresco meal on Algarve nights!

A great place to unwind on the Ria, even with bad weather

Excellent place for a couple; very comfortable, well furnished, heating during cool days, nice kitchen and bathroom. Great, unobstructed views of the lagoon, all day sun when on the terrace when sunny, and not bad when raining.

Beautiful view

The view from this spacious, bright and modern apartment was wonderful. We also really liked the town of Fuseta. It is quite quiet with many great restaurants. We enjoyed wandering the streets, walking the Ria Formosa trail or walking to the beach. There were several grocery stores close by. The train station was only a couple blocks away, making it easy to travel to other towns in the area. Only hiccup was the host sometimes took two days to respond to our message via the VRBO app. He said he was busy and did not have time to read his emails. Other times he responded the same day. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We would book the place again.

Just wonderful!

Perfect location in the beautiful Algarve to explore rural, beach and cultural/historical activities, Fuseta is a colourful working village on the Rio Formosa. Del Mar Village is within walking distance of very good restaurants and cafés, train station(s), and has a well stocked SuperMercado and Mercado Municipal. It is also steps away to the Ecovia, a 200 kilometre trail along the protected conservation area Rio Formosa, for cyclists, walkers and bird watchers. The local people are lovely and helpful. The modern apartment itself has easy but secure access, being on the ground floor. Parking is underground and other resources, such as bicycles, helmets and locks are provided. An excellent orientation was provided by property management and a very good resource guide was available inside. Concierge services were available upon request. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and the weekly cleaning services excellent and discreet. Del Mar Village itself is very well maintained, with stunning gardens and updated deck and pool area. The apartment layout is outstanding with a very large living area space, leading you to the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, and of course the Rio Formosa. There is also a complete entertainment centre. The kitchen is generous and very well equipped for a holiday home, entry hall, bedroom and bathroom are also a good size . Large windows compliment the feeling of light, nature and spaciousness. The interior design also has significant storage areas in the entry hall and the bedroom to keep yourself organized. The terrace provides sun and sea views all day long, from sunset to sundown. In the evening, it becomes an astronomical delight with the moon and the stars giving a stunning show. Del Mar Village, and the apartment, is amazingly quiet and peaceful in this beautiful setting.

Heerlijk appartement met fantastisch uitzicht

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement is modern, ruim, smaakvol. Het uitzicht is fantastisch vanaf het royale terras. Ook is er een hele mooie tuin met zwembad. Enige minpuntjes zijn: erg krap wasbakje en matige handdoeken.

Het is een geweldig mooi appartement, zeer ruim en schoon en werkelijk alles aanwezig. Tot aan douche producten van azarro. En 2 fietsen. Wij hebben er met 4 personen verbleven en dat was prima. Het uitzicht is werkelijk adembenemend en het stadje en strand op loopafstand. Wij zijn verliefd op deze mooie plek geworden en op de vriendelijke Portugezen. Het eten in de lokale restaurantjes is heel erg goed en niet duur. Kortom een dikke 10...

very good holidays !

Our 2 weeks stay was very appreciated by all the family. The flat is very well equipped and furnished, the view amazing, the swimming pool has a beautiful design, the garage is bright and well lightened. The authentic small village, where you can find all facilities and very good cheap fish restaurants, can be reached within 5-10 min. by foot. The beaches around are beautiful. The booking was easy and Miguel, the owner, gave us a lot of details by e-mail besides the agreement itself. Only one thing was not very pleasant : barking dogs at night in the area outside the residence, but it was not that bad finally compared to all the positive things !

prachtig appartement

Een prachtig appartement en een uitzicht dat niet te beschrijven is.Iedere dag weer was het genieten van allebei.Het appartement is bijzonder compleet en gezellig ingericht.Dit is echt het beste appartement wat we tot nu toe gehad hebben tijdens een vakantie.Auto is niet nodig want het station ligt een paar honderd meter van het appartement en 2 mountainbikes staan ter beschikking.Ook nog een vermelding waard is de schoonmaak van het appartement,iedere week werd het echt heel goed schoongemaakt.De afhandeling van het huurcontract is ook heel punctueel door de huiseigenaar behandeld. Met vragen kun je ook bij hem terecht of bij de receptie van het complex.Alles wordt gelijk geregeld.Zeker weten dat we hier terugkomen.
