Comfortable villa with gracious host

Traditional Majorcan house with all the needed amenities and plenty of practical items, eg.various spices, oil, pasta, pasta sauce, cleaning items. My stern daughter appreciated miscellar water We settled easily to enjoy the local beaches. Aina was always available to help with bus schedules and trips, treated us with welcoming pastry too.

Idyllic and quiet place

Aina was so welcoming on arrival and her house feels like a real home. We especially enjoyed the terrace with its lovely garden and the kitchen which has everything you need--there is great attention to detail throughout. Sa Rapita is quiet but still has a couple of lovely restaurants across from the sea, well within walking distance. Aina was very helpful throughout our stay, providing useful information about the area and was always available when I had questions. We felt very well looked after!

Great comfortable holiday home

We had a great holiday in Aina's holiday home. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Aina is a great host. She gave us a warm welcome with great local cakes. We could always contact her when we needed help or advice. She also gave us lots of activity recommendations. The apartment has a perfect location for having a relaxing holiday. It's quiet and we could reach everything around the island easily by car. We can definitely recommend Aina as a host and Aina's apartment.

Great time in a wonderful house with a wonderful host

We had a great time in this house. Aina is a wonderful host and even supplied us with lemons, oranges and bicycles.:) The house is a very nice one a very quiet street. Our children enjoyed the garden around the house. The house is perfect for a family vacation (we were 2 adults and 2 children). Everything is clean, tidy and stylish if you like it the old way.The beach - the famous Es Trenc - is round about 10 min walk. There are some stores in the village on the sea shore. All other stores are in Campo - 10 min drive.

Super peaceful location, great for families :)

Aina is a lovely hostess and greeted us with lunch before showing us round the house. Lots of room for our two children to play and we spent all our time outside on the terrace which is very comfortable and looks over a shady established garden with a hammock (very popular!). The house has everything you need and a well-equipped kitchen. The area is very quiet and the house is the last one in the road backing onto countryside, so hardly any traffic. All you can hear outside is birdsong and the wind in the trees - perfect for meditation and yoga! The beach is a 15 minute walk (although you could do it a bit quicker without two under-10s), and has sun beds and lovely sand. There was some sea weed washing up while we were there, but it didn't particularly bother us. We had a really super holiday - thanks Aina!

Lovely/Cosy holiday house

The house is everything you need for a relaxing time near the ocean and it was superbly clean. It started with a warm welcome by the host with some local specialty’s and a personal instruction. It is situated on 10 min walk from sea and restaurants. (recommend s’oratge mar for dinner and forn sa rapita for breakfast/lunch) For the closest beach you have to walk approx 15 min. But you would prefer to walk a bit further so approx 20/25 min from the house. With little children I would suggest to park the car near the beach. The house was more then fully equipped (toys, games, cutlery…) We really enjoyed our stay but if we would have to mention some additional points of interest: - master bed is a bit small and squeaky; - garden is beautiful but there’s no nice terrace where you can enjoy the sun; - most of the houses are vacation homes so expect a real quiet environment.

Das Haus ist authentisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse, umgeben von viel Grün, läßt es sich wundervoll entspannen oder speisen. Eine kleine Oase. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum wunderschönen Strand (seicht und damit geeignet für Kinder) sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, es lohnt sich.

Schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf war vorhanden. Unsere liebe Gastgeberin hat uns vor Ort empfangen, alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar. Auch unsere Fragen zur Umgebung und Mallorca insgesamt hat sie immer schnell beantwortet. Das Haus steht in der Nähe zum Meer, ein Strand ist fußläufig in 10-15 Min. erreichbar. Wenn man mehr auf der Insel erkunden möchte, dann ist ein Mietfahrzeug unbedingt zu empfehlen. In dem Ort stehen sehr viele kleine Häuser beieinander, trotzdem war es während unserem Aufenthalts ruhig. Ob es immer so ist wissen wir natürlich nicht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein richtig schönes Ferienhaus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, und wirklich abseits der Touristenmassen gelegenWir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.Zum Check-In wurden wir persönlich von der Gastgeberin in Empfang genommen, die uns hierbei schon mit mallorquinischen Erzeugnissen in Empfang nahm und auch mit einer Pan-de-Natal beim Check-Out verabschiedete.Danke für den schönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, wie auf der Website beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin Aina war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Ort Sa Rapita ist eher ruhig und überschaubar, für Aktivitäten ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants im Ort.

Perfekte Lage der Finca ( sehr gut ausgestattet) nicht weit zum Strand ( kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen) freundliche, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ferienhaus mit toller Veranda

Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer Sackgasse. Es hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse rundum, zudem eine einladende Hängematte. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Aina lief komplett über what’s App, was sehr unkompliziert war. Aina ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und schickte uns vorab Videos für ein reibungsloses Ankommen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Entspannter Urlaub in Sa Rapita

In den knapp drei Wochen unseres Urlaubs haben wir uns sehr gut erholt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend von der Besitzerin Aina begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die großzügige Zurverfügungstellung von Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs. Dies umfasste sowohl eine Grundausstattung an Hygieneartikeln als auch einigen Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken für die ersten Tage. Die Besitzerin wäre über den gesamten Zeitraum für alle eventuellen Fragen oder Probleme über Whats App erreichbar gewesen. Sie hielt während unseres Aufenthaltes unaufdringlich Kontakt zu uns und verabschiedete uns am Ende des Urlaubs persönlich. Sa Rapita ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und bietet bis Ende September ausreichend gute Lokale mit Meerblick sowie Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Leider machte es uns die Mückenplage schwer, die vielen schönen Schattenplätze rund um das Haus ausreichend zu nutzen. In der Beschreibung des Hauses fehlen aus unserer Sicht Hinweise auf den Gasherd und das nur spanische Fernsehen. Liebe Aina, wir haben uns gefreut, dich kennenzulernen!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern (3-/4-jährig). Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber gewesen und kinderfreundlich. Parkplätze stehen gleich vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Der Wintergarten ist ein großer Vorteil. 10 Minuten fußläufig ist ein schöner Strand, nicht überfüllt, das Wasser bleibt lange flach, so dass die Kinder sorglos spielen können. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, erkundigt sich regelmäßig nach dem Wohl und ist sehr bemüht. Sa Rapita ist ein ruhiger Ort, für Unternehmungen wird ein Mietwagen benötigt. Wir waren rundum glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt. Danke nochmal an die liebe Gastgeberin Aina.

Einfach Prima

Die beste und netteste Gastgebeinr die wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben. Aina hat um uns richtig herzlich gekümmert. Im Haus gibt Alles nötige und sogar noch mehr als nötig. In der Umgebung findet man auch alles was man für gute Urlaub braucht. Große Auswahl von Restaurants, risen Sandstrand auch für die Urlaubern die gerne etwas exstrim mögen gibt's die Möglichkeit direkt ins tiefe Wasser zu springen. Auf einkaufen macht kein Problem es gibt 3 kleine Supermarktes wo man alles kauFenster kann. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei liebe Aina unsere Urlaub verbringen. Stella&Timur
