In a quiet, beautiful residence, sea and beach (lifeguard), very close to bike paths and hiking trails in a forest, apartment of 34 m², 2nd floor, living room with kitchenette, bedroom (2 persons) , alcove with 1 sleeping person, bathroom and separate toilet, terrace of 6m ² with table and chairs (view of the islands -Yeu and Noirmoutier), individual closed bicycle shelter. Sheets and towels not provided. Cleaning to be done by tenants (or cleaning fee 40 euros). Near shops and markets. Free parking opposite apartment. Rental price following periods (406/525 €) week. Home by the owners. We do not accept animals.

Wunderschöne nette kleine Ferienwohnung.

Eine wunderschöne mit liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit. Hat alles fantastisch geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer wunderbaren ruhigen Gegend. Die Aussicht auf das Meer haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Wir werden es sehr vermissen. Einziges Makel das W lan vom Strand funktionierte oftmals nicht. Und das die Kaution in der Ferienhausmiete erwähnt werden sollte. Ansonsten alles 🔝 Herzliche Grüße Family Wabst

Face à la mer, et à l’île d’Yeu !

Appartement idéal pour un week-end prolongé à 2. Si la chambre est très petite, tout le reste est impeccable, avec une mention particulière pour le balcon et la vue directe sur la plage. Un local fermé est disponible pour les vélos ce qui est très appréciable dans cette région. ND de Monts est très bien pourvue au niveau des commerces, et ce logement bonifie cet environnement.

Pour passer de bonnes vacances sur la côte vendéenne.

Logement très confortable et très propre. Calme (en cette période), et situé dans un environnement agréable. Très belle vue sur la mer : on ne s'en lasse pas ! Douche très agréable. Quelques précisions par rapport à l'annonce : - le WIFI est celui de la plage (réseau Mer & Marais); on ne capte que sur le balcon. - le parking est le parking public de la plage situé juste devant l'immeuble (pas de problème de place en cette période).

Très bel appartement en bord de mer

Très beau séjour en famille à Notre Dame. Appartement conforme à la description : très bien placé dans une petite station très agréable et calme, l'accueil de M et Mme Rautureau était très sympathique, et une vue parfaite sur la magnifique plage ;) Bref, tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances. On ne peut que recommander !!
