Secluded first floor condo on a wooded hill in Grand Lake overlooking the Shadow Mountain Reservoir and snow-capped mountain ranges. This furnished condo sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a natural gas fireplace. The full-sized kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes/utensils and more. Includes cable TV, internet, washer/dryer and in-floor heating, as well as a BBQ grill on the deck.
No smoking. Small dogs with approval. No cats allowed. Boat, kayak and canoe rentals are also available at the Grand Lake Marina. If you bring your own boat as a non-resident you are allowed one week of parking at the condo. After that you must make arrangements with one of the local marinas.
Please note that April, June, September and November have only 30 days, so check -in must be on the last of the previous month or check-out on the first day of the next month.
Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is about one mile away. Great boating and fishing in Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Reservoir. The Colorado River is also within 1 mile. Grand Lake Golf Course is about a 5 minute drive. Horseback riding at Winding River Ranch is 3 miles away. Winter Park Ski Resort is 35 miles.
$119 per day with a 30 day minimum. These rates are available until June , then they become $139 a day with a 30 day minimum for June, July, August., and September. Some dates will have different rates so please check.
