The resort is also only one mile northwest of Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles northwest of Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and eight miles southeast of Powell Lake in Camp Helen State Park.

Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Parking available for an additional charge
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
